Story
Calling all shepherd fans! You don't want to let this dollface pass you up! Meet Trixie. She is a little younger than two years old, is spayed, and is about 65-pounds. You will have a snugglebug companion for life with her. Trixie can be a little reserved upon meeting new people, but yummy treats help her learn quickly that you are a good friend! Once she knows you, she takes being affectionate and loving to a whole new level. Trixie asks for just a few minutes to acclimate and then she basically turns into a Velcro pup! We think Trixie could do well with respectful kiddos and possibly your resident dog, depending on their personality. She's done okay with some of the pups here at the shelter. A home without kitty friends is great for Trixie! She loves to hop up next to you on the couch and will nudge your arm if you decide to stop petting her. Trixie has the cutest head-tilt when she hears squeaky toys. She knows how to sit and takes treats very politely. We are very much so head over heels for this darling. You will be, too!

Story
Meet Rocky James! Look at those eyes! They are icy blue and are even more piercing in person! This guy is a total goofball. He's got long, lanky legs with paws that flop all over. If you have a tennis ball, you are his absolute best friend. Rocky James would love it so much if he found an active family to adopt him. He is an energetic boy, as most two-year-old totally pawsome huskies are, so he'd be thrilled if whoever adopted him had the same personality! The nose on this guy is that of a professional sniffer! If Rocky James catches a whiff of a tasty snack, this guy is right by your side asking for a nibble! We would love to find an adopter for Rocky James who is familiar with huskies and can give this good boy lots of happy memories, like hiking, snuggling, car rides, beach walks, endless tennis balls, etc., as he is so deserving of them! He is about 55-pounds (is a little underweight) and he is neutered. Rocky James is accustomed to living with a female dog in the home and we think he'd be such an awesome furbro to your kiddos if they are teenagers and older. He asks for no kitties! Don't miss the chance to add this pup to your home!
