Story
Who has four paws, the softest fur, the sweetest soul and loves to cozy up with her people?! Why it’s me, Stella Jane! My favorite things in the world are spending time on the couch with my foster mom and dad, playing with my foster dog siblings, and hoarding my toys and bones on my spot on the couch. If your idea of fun is to hang out on the couch and binge watch Netflix or catch a nice long sports game, then I am your girl! I am a nervous girl, I don’t really care to be outside on my leash or around people I don’t know. You see, the world used to be a very scary place for me. But now that I am in Minnesota with my foster mom and dad, I am learning that I don’t have to be scared! It is taking me a while but my foster mom always ensures me I will never not have a cozy couch to relax on ever again! My future family will need to be patient as it takes me a while to get used to strangers. I also would love to find a home with a dog companion to show me the world isn't so scary! --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. Hi, I'm Ryder. I love it when people give me praise and affection - see how my ears respond?! I'm very sweet, gentle, playful, and curious. I'm a little cautious and jumpy with quick movement and loud noises. I really don't like the crate and feel most comfortable sleeping in a cozy dog bed. In fact, I'm already sleeping through the night! My favorite place to nap in the dog bed is in a room where people are, that feels comforting to me. I'm already house trained at 8 months - I'm really smart and eager to learn more! I cant wait to show you just how sweet I am! Hi! I’m Luna and I came from Alabama after my owner of 3 years passed away. I have definitely had to make some adjustments to this new life I am living. Loud noises and fast movements can be a bit scary, so it can take me a bit of time to adjust to new situations. I am very loyal to "my people" and would love to have a home where I am be the only pup. I am a pretty laid back lady. I prefer to just find a comfy spot to be and hangout there. I’m uncertain of new people that come to my foster home. I take a little bit of time to warm up. I am waiting for that perfect home that I can give all my love to.
