Story
I adopted Stella at 5 weeks old because her mother abandoned the litter and a wonderful family had taken them in and nursed them back to good health. She is very loving and protective. However, as she has gotten older she has become a little aggressive towards me other female dog and I think she needs to be in a single dog home. She needs lots of attention and activity also and I am not home enough for that any longer. I really want her to go to a good loving home where she will be cared for and have a forever home.

Story
Hello, Lila is 11 year old female Pitt husky mix. I rescued her from a shelter when she was 6 months old. The best pet Ive ever had. She is super loving, energetic and outdoorsy. She has been my hiking buddy ever since. She is house trained but will not stay in an area If let off a leash she is always curious and will Rome. She does always come back though. She needs special shampoo due to her skin allergies. She does not get along with female dogs the older she has gotten. Male dogs are fine and other animals are fine. She absolutely loves children and people. If you’re looking for a protective, loving and kind animal she’s your girl!

Story
Opal is 7 years old and is the sweetest girl. She deserves more attention than we are able to give her and a house that doesn’t mind the shedding that comes with a husky. She loves going on walks and being outdoors. She has been professionally trained and obeys the following commands: right here, right now; down; sit; and stay. She also knows “outside” and when it’s time to go indoors…simply say “inside” and she will come running. She is off leash trained and will not stray from your side. She cannot bark and will only howl when she’s happy or when an ambulance siren goes off nearby. She is phenomenal with children and does not jump up on people. We hope her adoptive parents will be willing to share photos and updates with us over the years to come. We once judged those who surrendered their dogs and are humbled by the realization that life changes occur that prohibit being the type of dog parents we once were. She deserves a more attentive home to live out her remaining years.
