Story
Joey was born in June of 2022, in my living room along with 10 brothers and sisters. He was the runt of the litter but he grew up to be big and strong. He still has soft paw pads and the energy of a playful puppy. He was adopted by his first family at 2 months old and was given back after a year and a half due to behavioral issues such as chewing on furniture, shoes, other things. Since being back, we found he was very playful with his momma and they nipped at each other often but no yipping. Recently he’s been escaping the yard quite often and goes to the neighbor’s yards to play with their dogs. He would do well with older dogs. Loves the outdoors but is an inside dog due to the Texas heat. He knows: sit, lay, paw, go to bed (kennel), and comes when he hears the leash jingle. He’s house trained, leash trained, fixed, and up to date on his shots.

Meet Toasty, he is a husky mix, he is male, and he weighs 35lbs I have to get rid of my best friend, my soulmate, my spirit animal Toasty MaGhosty, the toaster strudel himself! Very sad about that but I’m sure someone else will love this happy pup as much as I do. Toast is a great family dog, very playful and loving. He grew up around two dogs his size and currently he lives with two very small dogs. He is very well trained because his my mom my ex girlfriend is a dog trainer. Toast can do a lot of cool things. My favorite trick is his rollover and on command he can walk in between my legs on walks. Toast is very food motivated! He will do anything you want if you have a nice treat or snack in hand. He is trained to be in his crate for extended periods of time, he doesn’t bark or cry in his crate. Toast actually prefers the comfort of his crate because I feed him in his crate every morning. He is also good to roam the house if you are comfortable with that, he is not destructive.

Story
Doggert showed up on my patio one year ago. We searched for his owner for moths with no luck. We took him in and treated him like family. We got all of his shots because we had no idea if he had them or not. He is a happy go lucky dog, he enjoys playing with my 3 year old and going to the dog park. My wife and I have very demanding jobs and I travel a lot for work. We are looking to place him with a loving owner that can give him the time and attention he needs. He will come with a crate, bowls for his food leashes and anything else we have for him.

Penny is a very playful and energetic 4 year old German Shepherd Dog. She is a great family pet who is wonderful with young children. She has a lot of energy so she would need a family that can provide attention and exercise. She is best friends with anyone inside the home while also being a great guard dog. She has a loud bark that sounds mean but really she is a sweetheart underneath. Penny is crate trained and knows basic commands. We hate that we need to give her up but we are unexpectedly needing to downsize into a small apartment that does not allow pets. We are also expecting our second child and while she is amazing with little ones, we know we won't be able to give Penny the attention she truly deserves in this new season of our lives. We are praying that we might be able to find a family for our sweet Penny that would love her like we do!!
