You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Why hello there, handsome! Everyone, please meet Inari. His new years resolution is to find his new forever home. Can you help him? In return, he'll help you stick to your resolutions! He's more than happy to go on long walks and hikes with you - keep you active and healthy, and improve your mental health (dogs do that, you know!) He is a young guy at just over a year old and about 75lbs. Nearly GoT sized! Inari is a husky mix, but he doesn't do most of the naughty husky things that others do. No fence jumping, digging, or running away. He *does* like to sing the song of his husky peeps at times, tho, so he wouldn't be a great apartment dwelling dog.   Inari has been staying with a dog trainer for a couple of months to work on his socialization with other dogs, his manners, and his obedience skills. (lucky guy!!) He is such a smart boy that is very excited to learn with you. We have been introducing the ecollar to him to solidify his recall and he is loving it and doing so well. He is also fully house trained and great in his crate. He has pretty good house manners and loves to hang out with his people and chew on a bone. Inari is great with people, including kids, and most other dogs. He does the best with playful female dogs. He wants to be the only big handsome boy in the area, so he struggles with some other male dogs. Are you looking for a mature, distinguished gentleman?  If so then I’m your guy.  Hi there, my name is Crossbone but my friends call me Bones! Have you ever seen such a handsome face?  Im a 9 1/2 year old Husky and I am everything you’d expect of a  lovable mature companion.  Can you tell that snow is my happy place?  I absolutely love people and my favorite thing in the world is my run and walk time.    Being a Husky I’d really do best in a home that can provide me the exercise and stimulation my breed requires.  Don’t let my age fool you, I can run with the best of them.  Afterwards I’d love some snuggle time, and don’t be surprised when I vocalize all my likes and dislikes in true Husky fashion!  I’m potty trained, and while the crate isn’t my favorite place I will do OK in one.  I’ve lived a long life successfully with many dogs but I do have a tendency to be protective of my food or treats so I’d prefer to live with either larger dogs who respect boundaries or no dogs.  My foster mom can fill you in on the details.  She also thinks that no other small animals (to include small dogs and cats) or small kids would be best.  If a handsome man like me is a good fit for your home, head on over to https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication and ask for Crossbone!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 20, 2024, 12:26 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I’m Mighty Mike, but my humans call me Mikey! I’m a very sweet and affectionate 3 year old shepherd mix. Here are some of the best things about me: - I’m the biggest cuddle bug you’ll ever meet. If there’s a lap to be sat on I want to sit in it! I just love snuggling up to my humans. - I love going on walks and going for drives (I’m great in the car!). I also love pup cups, treats, taking naps, and chewing on bones! - I’m fully crate and potty trained, plus I know basic commands, but I would love to work on some training to learn even more. I’m a bit of a jumping jelly bean but we’re working on that! - I’m eager to please and pick up on training really quickly -  I do great with other dogs as long as they’re not too rambunctious. I like to play some, but mostly just want to do my own thing. I'd love to go to a loving family who will include me in their activities. I love all humans that I meet and do really well around kids, but sometimes I can get overly excited, so a home with kids over 8 years old would be best for me. And no kitties for me, please!
