Story
Hi - My name is Frosty (Cold Bunch Litter) and I am a new member of the AARF family. I am a beautiful domestic shorthair, but because I am brand new to these parts, there`s not much more known about me or my personality just yet. If you check back a little later, I`m sure my foster parents will have a lot more information to post about me. If you have any questions, though, feel free to send an email to info@animalalliesrescue.org. Or if you just think it`s love at first sight, please fill out an adoption application at this site - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org and choose me FrostyMy adoption fee is $100.00 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We’ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we’re up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Story
Hi. My name is Sophie. I’d like to tell you a little about myself, but first I’ll let my foster mom tell you what she thinks. She says I’m “a lovely girl with a nice disposition... quiet and in very good health.” But there’s more to what makes me tick.As I’ve gotten older, I have come to appreciate the small things in life. In my case, that’s four things. First, getting some attention. Right; what cat doesn’t want that? I also like being petted—no surprise there. What these two likes really mean is that I enjoy kicking back with my people (or person, if you’re a one-person household). No racing around the house chasing new-fangled toys. Just sitting around loving life! Second, I enjoy eating wet food. Tasty! Delicious! Keeps me healthy! Finally, napping: there’s nothing like a good nap to restore us, is there? Are you wondering if anything bothers me? Yes, other cats bother me. I tend to hiss at them and avoid them. That means the best forever home for me is one in which I am the only cat.In short, I’m a cat with staying power looking for forever people to love. If you`d like to meet, I’d like that too! Please fill out an adoption application at this website – https://animalalliesrescue.org/cat-application – and choose me, Sophie! My adoption fee is $50 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. Story
Have you ever found yourself sitting on top of your cat tree and thinking, `everything the light touches...is my kingdom`? No? Maybe that`s just me. My name is Simba, and I am ready to take my rightful place as king (of your house).Don`t worry, though. I`m not some sort of spoiled royal with an attitude. I might take a little while to warm up to you when you take me home, but after a few days I`ll be ready for snuggles. And chin scratches. By kingly decree, I do demand daily chin scratches. I love to play with my toys, and the ribbon toys are my favorite (so that way you can join in too)! And once playtime is over, I`m happy to monitor my kingdom from the top of the cat tree or sit next to a window so I can look at the birds. It`s always good to keep an eye on the outside avian subjects -- who knows what they might be up to.As long as we`re slowly and properly introduced, I`m happy to share my kingdom with any other cats you might have. But if you want me as your one and only cat, I`m fine with that too. Either way, you can show your love and appreciation for my benevolent rule by petting my fur (I keep it super soft!) and providing me with food. Because food is AWESOME. I`m on a prescription diet -- it`s one of my few kingly demands. Everyone knows the lion is the king of the jungle, but you can`t have one of those in the house. You can take me home instead! And then we can live happily ever after. If you`d like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website – https://animalalliesrescue.org/cat-application – and choose me, Simba! My adoption fee is $150 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes.
