Story
These two little ladies came to our clinic in August 2024. They were never picked up, and we later learned that their owner had a health crisis after dropping them off and was hospitalized. We were able to contact the original owner who asked us to rehome them. We've been taking care of them, but really want to find them a loving home with someone who is willing to keep them together! Fawn is the chihuahua. She is definitely chubby, but she is so, so sweet. She loves basking in the sun and getting loved on. As her chubby figure may show, she loves to lounge, but you can also catch her playing with Lady in the yard. Original owner said that both dogs are about 5 years old, but we think Fawn is a little older. Lady is her sister, and our best guess is that she's a Pomeranian/Pekingese mix. She's the more playful and sassy of the two, and takes a minute to warm up to new people. We suspect that her stranger danger will calm down once she has a little more stability in her life.
