Meet Bear-A Tiny Pup with a Big Personality!
Five-year-old Bear is a handsome, scruffy little guy with a big heart and a bit of spice! He came to us as an owner surrender alongside his buddy Benny after their family, who had been struggling for a long time, could no longer care for themselves or their dogs. Though it was a heartbreaking decision, they wanted Bear to have the stable, loving home he deserves.
Weighing just 8 pounds, Bear is likely a mix of Pomeranian, Chihuahua, and Poodle though his scruffy, curly coat does shed. He's got a spunky personality and would love to be the center of attention as an only dog, soaking up all the love and affection. However, he is currently in a foster home with multiple dogs and is slowly learning to coexist and even play with them.
Bear thrives in an adult home where he can feel safe and adored, as too much commotion or young children may stress him out. His favorite things? Cuddling with his people, sunbathing, and going on walks. With a little patience and love, Bear is sure to blossom into the most loyal and affectionate companion.

If deemed a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or seek additional information.
In the event your application isn't accepted or might be a better fit for another dog, we will provide feedback and suggest alternative matches. Your application remains active for 90 days, allowing consideration for other dogs in our care. Simply email us if there is another dog you would like your application to be applied to.

All our dogs undergo comprehensive vetting, including spaying/neutering, microchipping, DHPP, flea treatment, deworming, and Rabies vaccinations. Additional vet care is provided as needed based on their requirements. The adoption fee for this dog is $400 serving as a non-refundable donation. Adoption fees may vary based on factors such as vetting costs, transport, and age.
