Story
Oakley, is a very social, sweet, adorable little male Pomeranian that loves to be held and loves to snuggle. This 5-pound little guy was born on 11/19/21. He was born with malformed knees, also called stifles, which cause him to move with somewhat lowered hindquarters like he is getting ready to sit or squat. However, this does not slow him down and when he hears his name called, he comes running. Oakley is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, had a dental, tested heartworm negative and is being kept on heartworm and flea & tick prevention to maintain his good health. Due to his small size he will not be considered for homes with small children. Oakley is located in Arkansas. His adoption donation is $965 which includes the $165 transport fee. If you would like to adopt Oakley, please complete the first step in the adoption process by filling out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. href="http://dhd.coffeecup.com/forms/bhsapp/">You can find a copy of that application here. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer will contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

This handsome pup is ready to lay claim to your heart! He is a very friendly boy who is comfortable relaxing at home or enjoying a walk in the woods. His hobbies include burying treats and toys and relaxing with his friend Mochi. His manageable size and gentle temperament make him an ideal addition to a home. He has a medium energy level and will benefit from moderate exercise. He is waiting to meet you! Visit our adoption page for details about our process, and to fill out an adoption application.  All animals come spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped.  If the animals age or health prevents any of these from being completed prior to adoption a voucher is issued for the services to be performed.  If you have any questions about the animal, or our adoption process, please email adopt@littleguild.org.  The Little Guild is a 501c(3) federally recognized non-profit organization devoted to saving the lives of homeless pets.  August 14, 2024, 12:26 pm

Story
Pumpkin is a sweet little senior boy, looking for his retirement lap! He is a very petite boy, calm and would love a calmer home where he can snuggle up with his forever people. Pumpkin thought he had his forever, but like so many littles in their senior years, he was about to be surrendered to the ACC shelter in the city when we stepped in.  He was one of the lucky ones to be rescued and not have to step foot in the shelter!  He is estimated to be 9 years old, which means this little guy can have many more happy loving years with you. He loves to explore the yard  or take a short walk with you. He is also wee wee pad trained besides also doing his business outdoors.  If you are interested in this little man, please fill out our application completely.   Please go to the link to fill our our adoption application IN FULL!!  https://www.remembermerescueny.net/adoption-application  Remember Me Rescue does not adopt out of the local area, no transport is available.  We adopt to Long Island, Westchester, NYC area and parts of Connecticut only. Also, we have a very high volume of applications and we are all volunteers. We cannot respond to every application personally. Please make sure your application gives us a good picture of your family and the life you plan on providing a dog from our rescue. We choose a home based on the BEST FIT for EACH dog and approve on a dog by dog basis. Thank you! ##2129431##
