Story
Meet Noah: Your Future Furry Companion! If you are looking for a friend who will love and adore you, you found him! Noah, a sweet 6-7-year-old Pomchi, recently lost his mom and is now waiting for a new family to bring him home. This adorable boy is currently in a kennel at Rescue Ridge in Monmouth County, NJ, and he's hoping to find a quiet, adult-only home where he can be the king of his castle. Noah loves to snuggle and will happily keep you company. He's good with other dogs but prefers to be the only pet. He doesn't get along with cats and hasn't lived with children, so a child-free home is ideal. A nice fenced-in yard would be a real treat!  This little guy walks wonderfully on a leash and is house-trained, though he doesn't like crates. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Noah could be your perfect match! Interested in adopting Noah? Fill out an application at rescueridge.com and text 732-546-8805 to set up a meet and greet. Please note that only those who are a good fit will be contacted. Let's give Noah the loving home he deserves! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 No phone calls will be answered. If you can't text, you can email, but only after filling out an application.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 11:57 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. wagoninn.rescuegroups.org Floof came to us from the NYC shelter system. He was found as a stray and landed himself on the "New Hope Only" list for behaving badly at the shelter. He is now in a NJ foster home and we hope he will be ready for adoption soon. Floof understandably was overwhelmed and terrified at the shelter. Now that he is in a foster home, he is settling in. He mostly seems sad and has a little cough so he isn't feeling his best. Floof is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We are working to schedule his neuter soon. His  adoption fee is $300.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.   How to Adopt Me! Story
Simba is estimated to be about 7 years old.  Vets listed him as a pomeranian based on his characteristics but we all know breed is generally a best guess.  Who knows, could have some Esky mix in there.  We just don't know. But here's what we do know:  Simba is about 13 pounds.  No small children in the home for him as he can be mouthy when overstimulated.  So far he has been great with all of the other dogs he's met.  Simba is neutered, microchippped and up to date on core vaccines.   Interested in adopting me?  To fill out an application visit 3 Hearts 4 Paws.  Please note: we generally do not adopt out of state unless it is within 1-2 hours of us.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 1:11 pm

Story
Meet Archie! Archie is a 5-6 year old male Pomeranian who was rescued from being found left in a dumpster. Now safe at Husky House, Archie is looking for his loving forever home. Unfortunately, Archie has had a few seizures since arriving at Husky House, so he takes medication twice daily to help manage them. Poor Archie is very nervous around people, which is understandable given his history. He does not go out of his way to snap, but may growl or get snappy when people do not respect his boundaries (e.g. try to pick him up when he is uncomfortable). Archie does well with other small dogs. He has never been cat tested but would be expected to do well with cats as he is small and not overly playful. Interested in adopting Archie? Please visit www.huskyhouse.org today to fill out an application.August 18, 2024, 7:54 pm
