Story
Meet Atticus, the 9-month-old, 14lb Pomsky with a heart as fluffy as his coat! He's here because his previous owner moved in with a boyfriend who turned out to be allergic to him. This playful pup is ready to wiggle his way into your heart and bring bundles of joy to your home. Atticus is a spirited player with other dogs, though he occasionally reminds everyone of his "big dog" status despite his compact size. Atticus enjoys a good game of puppy wrestling and wouldn't mind a four-legged friend to keep up with his antics. With cats, Atticus is always looking for an invitation to play with them, even if the feeling isn't always mutual. He's convinced that his barking translates to a feline call for fun—though the cats might beg to differ! While Atticus hasn't had the pleasure of tiny humans in his life yet, his foster team suspects he might not be the best match for very young children. After all, being infinitely scoop-able doesn't mean he's up for endless toddler hugs. Teenagers, on the other hand, fit perfectly into his energetic world. At just 9 months old, this little guy is all about keeping things lively. He's the life of the party when it comes to outdoor activities—whether it's chasing balls, going on walks, or zooming around the yard, Atticus is up for it all. Just don't forget his leash when you're heading out—he's not one to be left behind! Despite his lively nature, Atticus is also a cuddle aficionado. After a good play session or a stimulating walk, he's more than happy to snuggle up on the couch with you, especially if there's a cozy blanket involved. But beware, without enough activity, you might discover the "not-so-zen master of Pomskies" side of Atticus! When it comes to leash walking, Atticus is still mastering the art of staying focused. He tends to zig-zag and sniff his way through the neighborhood, but with another dog by his side, he stays more on track. As for hiking, Atticus hasn't hit the trails yet due to recovery from his "fixing" (which he insists he wasn't broken to begin with!), but he's eager to explore once he's ready. Just be prepared with a dog sling for those Pom legs if the going gets tough! Atticus loves meeting new people and soaking up all the attention he can get. He may even show off his circus dog skills with a playful stand on his hind legs to make sure he's seen. His energy level matches that of a 9-month-old Husky—meaning he'll thrive with daily walks, play sessions, and plenty of mental stimulation. When it comes to toys, Atticus is a connoisseur of plush toys that squeak and balls that keep the game of fetch going indefinitely. His love for toys extends to those clever squirrel hide-and-seek toys—you'll find him cuddling up with the squirrels in his crate after a long day of play. While he hasn't had pool time yet, Atticus isn't shy about water. Rain, sprinklers, and even bath time are no problem for this adventurous pup. Just watch those stitches until they're fully healed! Considering apartment life for Atticus? While he could adapt well with proper exercise, there are a few quirks to keep in mind. Atticus has a talent for vocalizing his desires—he'll bark for attention and has a penchant for dropping bouncy balls from heights, potentially making him a noisy neighbor if you live on an upper floor. Just ensure your neighbors appreciate the occasional sound of a small gremlin scampering overhead! Atticus is fully potty trained and has even mastered using potty bells to signal his need to go out. When it comes to crate time, he's a pro at settling down quietly, especially at night, unless nature calls. In the chewing department, Atticus has been great about sticking to his toys, though he may indulge in a little digging if he's feeling playful outdoors. Redirecting him to a game of fetch usually does the trick to keep him entertained. While he hasn't used a doggie door, Atticus is a quick learner—as evidenced by his grasp of the potty bells. Just remember, his small size means any doggie door should be easily accessible for him. As for his vocal talents, Atticus enjoys serenading you with the "song of his people," especially when seeking attention from humans or when his dog playmates aren't quite keeping up with his energetic antics. Think you can keep up with Atticus's zest for life? This pint-sized powerhouse is ready to bring endless energy, cuddles, and a touch of mischief into your home. Whether he's charming you with his playful antics or snuggling up after a day of adventure, Atticus promises to be the perfect companion for anyone looking to add a bundle of joy to their lives. Don't let his size fool you—Atticus has a big heart and an even bigger personality waiting to light up your days. Come meet him and see why he's the top contender for the title of your new best friend! 📍 Pickup Location: Lawton, OK 📝 Adoption App: https://www.emailmeform.com/.../hx000BP7nbQvjHX49Uur80FV3

Story
Hi my name is Axle!! I’m looking for my forever home. I am a breeder release because I got over 6 months old and I didn’t sell! I am a special boy! I’m a chocolate fantom pomsky! I got bigger than most people want at a whopping 38 pounds. I’m a happy boy even though no one purchased me. My foster mom says I’m energetic and would love to have a dog friend to play with. I am crate trained and working on potty training. My foster mom lets me use the old dogs potty pad if she isn’t available to let me out to go potty. She says I’m a good boy! Please Text my foster mom Dana is you want to adopt me 4054016336
