Meet Peanut, a sweet 6-year-old Pomeranian that weighs 8 pounds. She's a quiet and calm companion, looking for a patient and loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. Peanut might take some time to get comfortable, but once she does, you'll find a loyal and serene friend! She feels most at ease in her kennel and is still learning to use a harness and leash. She is friendly with other dogs, gets along with cats, and enjoys the gentle affection of children. Despite dealing with IVDD, she remains resilient and can walk, run, and play with enthusiasm. She is slightly incontinent due to her condition, but she handles wearing diapers well. Peanut may be shy and have special needs, but she has the potential to become a cherished member of a caring family. If you can offer the love and care she needs, you could be the forever person she has been waiting for. Will you give Peanut the home she deserves? She is fully vetted and her adoption fee is $250. Story
This sweet girl is 1 year old Kai. She loves treats, belly rubs and her tennis ball! We adopted Kai last October. I had just been offered a job which would have me working from home. That meant we would have time to work on training and getting the physical activity a pup like her requires. Well the job fell through. So I continue to work 40 miles from home and my husband, further. This sweet girl is spending 10-12 hours room bound most days. It’s just not fair to her. She’s just turned a year old and NEEDS more than we can offer now. We are glad we were able to rescue her but in a way she needs to be rescued again for all of our mental wellbeing. Kai is housebroken, loves long walks ( loves to run but my knees can’t) and she can fetch like no other. She will come with lots of new care products and her favorite bed if you allow. We did attempt to take her back to Galveston county but they’re backlogged and requested our signature for euthanasia. SHE DESERVES A HAPPY LIFE.

Meet Raccoon! This beautiful 5-year-old female Pomeranian weighs 9 pounds. She is a bit of a wallflower, her tender heart takes a moment to warm up to new people and places, and she prefers life's volume turned down low. She's seeking a family with an abundance of understanding, ready to give her the time and tenderness she needs to unfurl. Unfortunately, she lived outside before entering rescue and tested positive for heartworms. She has completed the fast kill method and is ready for her new home.
