Story
Zury is a 1-year-old, gentle little girl who is looking for her forever home.
This beautiful beauty weighs 19 lbs and she is considered full grown. She was found running the streets, hungry and wondering every night where she was going to sleep.
Thankfully a good Samaritan took one look at her, fell in love with her eyes, and scooped her up, bringing her to safety.
Zury is THRIVING in her new foster home. She loves being an inside dog and getting all the love and pets she can from her foster family. She is very much a lap dog; she would be happy sitting in your lap every chance she got.
Zury loves to be held, the more she is getting pampered and getting loving, the happier she is. We believe she is a Tibetan spaniel mix.
She LOVES to give kisses and will lick your face off. She is SO affectionate and sweet.
Zury follows her foster mom around the house, shadowing her every move. She is very loyal to her humans.
Zury is house trained.
She gets along with other dogs and while the foster does not have cats, we believe she would be perfectly fine with kitties as she is a very chill dog. She is not hyper active and does not require a lot of activity.
Zury’s ideal day is a nice morning outside, whether in the yard or on a walk then have a nice breakfast, lay around the house, nap, cuddle, watch TV, sunbathe, walk, nap, eat, repeat.
A low key to medium active household would be best for Zury. If you’re looking for the perfect dog, please consider adopting Zury.

This animal is spayed, healthy, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative, current on preventions, dewormed and microchipped. A certificate of health is issued from a vet prior to transport.
We are a small, struggling rescue in Texas where we do our best to prevent euthanasia in shelters and help stray and neglected animals find forever homes. Adoption fees are our only source of funding for the rescue.
