Story
Hi! I'm Arugula! I am now 8 weeks old and still barely over 2 lbs. My favorite thing to do is to horseplay with my siblings but someday, I hope to run free with the big dogs, but it'll be a bit before I'm ready for that! Right now I am currently looking for my fur-ever home where I can continue to become the best dog I can be. Could that be you? https://forms.gle/676xUcmeQi9kdjn96

Hello there! My name is Romaine. I am an 8 week old 2 lb. male rat terrier mix with lots of energy to play! Seeing as how I am still a baby, I enjoy snuggles from my mama and my humans. I am currently in a foster home with my sister where I can continue to socialize, but I am available for meet and greets and ready to start taking applicants for adoption! Would you like to schedule a meet and greet with me? https://forms.gle/676xUcmeQi9kdjn96

🌟Adopt Radicchio 🌟 Hello there! I’m Radicchio and I am a young momma! I welcomed my four precious pups into the world on June 14th. I have three lovely girls and one charming boy! I just turned two years old and I appear to be a rat terrier mix. I am a dedicated mother who has cared for my puppies with all the love and attention they need. As my puppies grow and get ready to move to foster homes in pairs, it's finally time for me to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation and happiness for myself. I am a sweet and affectionate dog who is eager to find my forever home where I can thrive and receive the love I so richly deserve. I have shown incredible resilience and strength as a mother, and now I am ready to focus on myself and enjoy the joys of being a cherished family member. Are you ready to open your heart to meet me? https://forms.gle/676xUcmeQi9kdjn96

Story
Gus is a very Handsome and Sweet boy! Extremely affectionate lap dog. Gus is a little shy at first, but once he knows you for a couple of days he is so cuddly and sweet. He almost wants to crawl into your body type of snuggles if that makes sense. He is very loyal and smart. Almost too loyal since he is jumping on his foster mom's lap at every single opportunity. He is being fostered with 2 large dogs and his brother Dale. The two little dogs play hard together and are starting to warm up to their huge foster brother GSD. He just wants to play with them so badly, so they are starting to consider it. Gus bonded to me (foster mom) immediately so if adopted into a house with a male, I would suggest the guy walk and feed him to start with, that way the bonding process goes faster. He does cuddle on my husband, but since I'm home all day and husband isn't, he is slowly starting to warm up to him more. He likes other dogs and enjoys playing with them. Walks well and love his walks and toys in the house. Gus is a 2.5 year old rat terrier mix. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccinations. He weighs approximately 15 lbs. He seems to prefer other smaller dogs and enjoys playing with them. Even in our home he is more comfortable with our chow mix compared the the GSD since there is a 20 pound difference and major height difference. Gus gets along very well with his other relatives named Dale and Curly, also with Valley Dogs Rescue. If you are open to two dogs, these guys are so entertaining! Gus does well with other dogs and older kids. Cats unsure, but I think he would be ok! If you would like to learn more about Gus and schedule a meet and greet, please reach out to Brittany at brittanyladrech@yahoo.com

Story
Meet Assisi! Your Future Best Friend Assisi is a 10-month-old Rat Terrier Chihuahua mix with a heart as big as her ears. This sweet little lady might be shy when she first meets you, but with a bit of patience, she’ll transform into the ultimate snuggle bug. Once she warms up, get ready for endless cuddles and a loyal companion by your side. Assisi absolutely adores playing with her foster siblings, so she’ll need a doggy buddy in her forever home to keep her happy and confident. She’s a pro at using the doggie door and loves having a yard for her zoomies. After a good run, she’ll be ready to curl up in your lap for a cozy nap. While Assisi hasn’t been tested with cats, she’s great with other dogs and older children, making her a wonderful addition to the right family. If you’re looking for a loving, playful pup who just needs a little time to shine, Assisi might be your perfect match. PLEASE EMAIL ADOPT@VALLEYDOGS.ORG for an adoption application or more info. Thank you!
