Story
Tiny Tim is a 13 lb., 10-year-old chihuahua/rat terrier mix looking for a home with someone there most of the day. He has a sweet little smile and bounces around the house jumping from recliner to recliner trying to find the best window view. Sweet Tiny Tim thought all was lost when he found himself in the custody of animal control and separated from his fur sister, who got adopted before him. He was placed on a euthanasia list and was cowering and depressed until he was saved by a rescue organization and finally put into a foster home with New Rattitude.   Life has been looking much better since coming into foster and he has blossomed and become happy again. After a slow introduction, he gets along fine with his canine foster siblings. Has not been introduced to cats or kids. Tiny loves to be loved! He will snuggle up with you in a chair or under the covers in bed, and lays his head on his human's chest when picked up.  He is very smart and knows many commands. He's so well behaved too: he's fully house-trained, he doesn't try to escape, no digging, no chewing or getting into the garbage. He does cry and bark when left at home and doesn't like being crated. After a rough and trying time, Tiny Tim now has his bounce back in his step and is a bundle of joy and love. He just needs someone to help him keep the good times going. So, if you are looking for a small, well-behaved little friend, Tiny is for you!  Beginning March 1, 2025, our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs or $300 for puppies under 6 months old. If you are interested in adopting this dog, PLEASE READ THE DETAILED ADOPTION PROCESS information on our website at www. Story
Oisin is a 2-3-year-old mix who has faced a rough start in life but is choosing love every single day. Despite past hardships, he is incredibly affectionate and just wants to be close to his person. 🐶 Good with dogs & cats 🏡 Would do best with another dog or someone home often 🧸 Just learning to play with toys 🛁 Great for baths & gentle brushing ❤️ Loves cuddles & can’t get enough pets Oisin is a gentle, low-energy dog right now, but as he gains confidence (and recovers from past malnourishment), he may become more playful. He does jump up on people and will need to learn manners, but he is very smart and listens well. He has shown incredible resilience—when he first arrived, he would duck his head when touched, but now, he’s learning that human hands bring love and comfort. His ears are covered in old bite wounds, and he still has some healing to do, but he’s already making huge strides. Oisin would thrive in a patient, loving home that will continue to build his trust in people. He’d do fine in a yard without a fence because once he bonds, he just wants to stay close to his person.
