Story
Dogs Name: Penny Age: 4 months Breed:  redbone coonhound and husky mix  Current size: 25 lbs  Size potential: 60 lbs  Leash trained:working on it  Crate Trained: working on it  Potty trained:  working on it  Kids: socialized with kids 10 and up  Other animals:  socialized with dogs not related to her  Energy level: puppy  House or apartment:  house preferred unless active lifestyle or able to provide doggie daycare  Story/background: This litter was found on a country road eating trash, after making contact I was told they were dumped but I don't believe that to be true. I think it was a case of irresponsible pet ownership and they were mostly left to fend for themselves. We were told we could take them and they went into foster care.  Ideal home/family lifestyle:An active family with prior breed experience and puppy expensive. Patient and understanding that these are rescues in a high volume foster home and will require a committed owner to continue their training. They are very smart and loving. They will enjoy physical and mental stimulation through games and activities. ##2353656##

Story
EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. He really wants to be a working dog.   For more info about EJ and our adoption process please enclose your phone number with your inquiry or call Jacki at 941-587-4612. November 2, 2024, 2:03 pm
