Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Hi everybody! My name is Remi, and I’m a giant teddy bear! I like my own space, but also love pets and snuggles! I love to be outside and find any sunspot in the house and take a good nap! I am dog friendly, house trained and crate trained! I’m a very laid-back girl, and absolutely love to be with my humans at all times! I was luckily rescued right before a terrible ending, and I am very grateful for that, and it shows! Someone please give me my forever home! I am currently working on getting used to the leash, but I’m getting better every day! I’m such a brave girl and sweet girl! I’m sure that I will love kids and cats also I just haven’t been tested with them at this time! Update 7/15/2024: Remi is starting to come out of her shell. She is still shy and will need a while to warm up but she is involved in the day to day life. We found out that she lovesss kids. She is also incredible lazy. She loves to snuggle with other dogs. She is active for about 60 mintues a day when she gets the zoomies and plays with her doggie foster siblings. She also loves to destroy stuffy toys. We still believe that she would do best in a home with another dog and she must have a fenced in yard. To apply for adoption visit: https://www.pawfectmatch.org/info/adoptionVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 19, 2024, 4:41 pm

Story
Chanel is a one-year-old, 48-pound, Coonhound/Chow mix.   FOSTER OR ADOPTER urgently needed! Chanel's DNA results reveal she's primarily a blend of Redbone Coonhound and Chow. Chanel is fully vetted, spayed, vaccinated, and on monthly prevention. Chanel is cat-friendly with a proper introduction and is the epitome of sweetness, enjoying belly rubs and lounging by your side. Chanel might be the closest thing you will find to a perfect dog. She is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, happy, and eager to please. She is a little shy and cautious at first, but she adjusts to new places and people quickly. She has very good manners both around the house and on walks. She is happy to spend some time in the crate during the day. On the greenway she passes other dogs and people without any fear or aggression. She is a hound though, so keep her secure because she does like to hunt rabbits! When it is time to relax, Chanel loves any kind of rubbing you are willing to provide, and she is very sweet requesting more as soon as your hand stops moving. At nighttime, after a late outside break, she goes to bed and stays quiet all night long in her crate. In the morning she’s excited to see you and ready to do it all again. She's a wonderful girl! An ideal family dog!   Chanel is not part of CrisisDogsNC. This is a courtesy posting on behalf of the finder.
