Story
Meet Bocephus, a 4-year-old Coonhound mix with a heart of gold! Bocephus is sweet, friendly, and loves nothing more than cuddling up with his humans after a day of fun. Despite his affectionate nature, he has plenty of high-energy moments and can be quite puppy-like, always up for an adventure or a game. Bocephus gets along well with other dogs and enjoys their company, making him a great companion for a multi-pet home. He’s also friendly with cats, though his playful side sometimes gets the best of him, and he might give them a chase just to show how much fun he’s having. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and loving companion who will bring joy and energy to your home, Bocephus is ready to join your family!

Story
Are you looking for a ride or die snuggle buddy? Well look no further. Bruno is a redbone coonhound looking for his fur-ever family. This handsome weirdo is WONDERFUL with other dogs and cats although he would be just as happy to be your only friend. Bruno sometimes has resource guarding issues and would do best in a home with older children. Bruno has done very well with learning all the basic house manners and leash walking. The thrill of a car ride or a leisurely stroll are the highlight of his day. He is very eager to please and does not always understand the concept of personal space and loves to throw his weight  around  your lap. Bruno does well in a kennel or left to his own devices to snuggle on a couch or cozy bed.  Bruno just needs a tender touch, space, and patience to grow and trust his new family. Once he knows he is safe, he's the biggest, loving hippo ever! Bruno has a rare medical condition called Diabetes Insipidus which is easily treated by daily medication (this is a water intake condition, not a glucose issue). Story
Rufus is what we like to call a low maintenance man. He is timid in new situations but adjusts fairly quickly. He seems to have a bit of separation anxiety and needs a home with another dog. He loves to nap on the couch whether that be with a human or dog. He's not picky! While he loves his canine friends, no cats for this guy. And did we mention Rufus is an exceptional cuddler! He would do best in a home without small children. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.  We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter.  If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
