Story
Boone is a friendly coonhound mix who was adopted from a shelter in Robertson county. He has lived with us for almost 4 months. His estimated birthday is 8/1/24. He lives in our house with two kids (5 and 8) and a cat. He is crate and house trained, all you have to say is "crate" and happily goes in. He doesn't run off from our non-fenced yard. He sometimes plays too rough which causes problems with our 5 year old who tends to perpetuate it. He is a great dog and we would keep him if our son was older. He may be happier in a home with another/other dogs because he loves to play. He currently knows how to sit, lay down, sometimes stay and shake. He must go to a loving home because our family loves Boone.

Story
My name is Duke and I have quite the story to tell! I was once running at large all around west Tennessee. I was on my own for so long that my hair went away and I got real skinny. I wasn't in good shape, but someone found me and took me to the shelter! I was quickly taken by a rescue so I could get healthy! I came to my current home in pretty rough shape, but I got so much love and affection that I started looking like a beautiful Redbone again! I was very hungry all the time and I'm still a hungry boy, but I know that I get food every day now! Since coming to my new home, I've gained a lot of weight and am getting healthy! I get medicated baths a few times a week and love snacks throughout the day. I'm excited to show-off new pictures as I get healthier-and-healthier! I am a very nice boy and love getting attention and pets. I am a hound and can be kind of loud at times, but that's just my personality. I would love to find my forever home one day! I would love to meet you and your family!

Story
We’re looking for a loving new home for Wally, a sweet and gentle Walker Coonhound who joined our family after his previous owner passed. Prior to that he was rescued from an animal shelter 5 years ago. As much as we wish we could bring him along, we’re preparing for a move and unfortunately can’t take him with us. Wally is around 7-8 years old (per the vet). He is a mellow, easygoing companion with a gentle soul. He enjoys his independence, often content to relax in his favorite cozy spot, but he also has a playful, curious side that shines when he’s comfortable. He’s great with kids, other dogs, and cats—making him a wonderful addition to many types of households. Though he’s primarily an indoor dog, Wally does love outdoor time and will need a fenced-in yard or leash to safely enjoy his daily sniffing adventures. Wally is neutered, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on vaccinations.
