𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑴𝒖𝒕𝒕: ❤️ MERLE ❤️🐾
Merle needs a foster or adopter to claim his spot on the transport truck that will be leaving the shelter in Georgia on April 12th, 2025, heading to Cedarburg, Wisconsin. If he doesn’t have a confirmed spot by then, he won’t be able to make the trip. We are posting him in hopes to connect him with his future adopter, since we don’t have enough fosters to bring him.
ABOUT MERLE:
Merle is a sweet 9-month-old Redbone/Bird Dog mix who is ready for his next adventure! His last owner surrendered him because he didn’t make it on the hunting trail and “didn’t have enough grit and chewed up trash in his yard,” but this goofy and lovable pup has so much more to offer. He’s a big, playful boy who is friendly with both dogs and kids. Merle is still working on his leash manners and is a little nervous around doorways, but with some patience and love, he’ll be an amazing companion!
If you think Merle could be the perfect fit for your family, please consider fostering or adopting this sweet boy. He’s ready to start fresh and would love to do it with you!
