If you are hoping to adopt an active boy, look no further than Chance! Chance thinks he is a lap dog but he is an amazing running companion. On walks, Chance greets all of our neighbors with enthusiasm and tail wags, shouts and murmurs of enthusiasm! He is house trained, a great sleeper through the night, and doesn't chew on furniture! He has been very calm, patient and loving with children as well! Chance would do well in a single-pet household that can give him lots of affection, exercise and a steady routine. He seems to be territorial about sharing his indoor space with other dogs, even though he is super friendly when out on walks. He has great endurance for walking and running. He is laughably terrible at playing fetch but still loves to run around and play. Chance is quick to learn and has picked up a new trick in just a few days with us! He would be a champ with a little obedience training. Chance is eager to please, loves praise, and is very treat motivated. He has big puppy energy and a big loving heart. We really hope he lands a home son with a yard, perhaps a playmate.... Come meet Chance and fall in love!

Ralph is a great dog, someone who doesn’t need a lot of space, he is big but he sleeps for most of the day. Enjoys walks and hikes. Hasn’t figured out how to fetch, he will keep whatever you throw at him. Most gentle giant I have ever seen. He loves to be pet and rubbed, he super low maintenance. He is also great with being left alone, he waits til I get back from work to take him out to go potty. He is super well potty trained. He barely barks, very quiet dog, if he needs to go out, he will verbally communicate by making a chebacca like noise.

Say hello to Holly! When you adopt Holly you get Christmas all year long and, who doesn't want a redheaded friend? Holly is a 15month-old, 42-lb girl who is even tempered and mild mannered but very affectionate with people and dogs. She will probably be around 45-50 lbs when she is fully grown. She was found in a box with 4 siblings with children who were trying to find someone who would take them so our foster did. Holly lives with large and small dogs and does well with them. She is training on a leash currently but is pretty easy going so learning well. She is affectionate and sweet. She is waiting for her family to find her and bring her home. Because of her color and height she could have some Dachshund and/or Vizsla in her because she is low to the groundso definitely a mix with something else.
