Story
Denny is a truly great dog. He was found as a pup on the side of a road in a crate with 5 other siblings. We believe he is about 6months old. Denny is intelligent and wonderful with the kids. Usually, checking in with each kiddo every morning, especially if one is sick or having a bad day. He is quiet and calm in doors and loves to snuggle. However, he is an athletic, fun loving pup once he’s outdoors. Denny is house trained and crate trained as well as intelligent enough to know what he can and can’t chew or jump on. To the best of our knowledge he has not had any shots and he is currently not fixed. However, he has an appointment with vet this January. Please reach out if you have any questions. We are so hopeful he will find a good home soon.

> Happy-go-lucky & energetic young guy; may be best with older children > Athletic: He loves toys, walks, and generally just doing things with his people - he`d be awesome for hiking, biking, etc > SO Intelligent - he wants to please very much and learns super fast; easily redirected > Holder - very likely housebroken > A+ Crate Trained - waits calmly for cue to leave crate; also respects doorways and other thresholds > Walks beautifully using a martingale collar and short lead > Excellent car rider > Medium to Large Dog friendly - wants to play! > Recommending against cats and small dog at this time until impulse control is better managed (he wants to play/chase)

Fanny is a wonderful dog and I hate to let her go but I am moving to NYC and it does not feel fair to her to keep her in an apartment. She is well trained, she is housebroken, she is even great off leash and is amazing at retrieving. She will bring the ball directly back to your feet. She will ignore all other people and dogs when a ball is involved. However, she is social and plays well with other dogs. She also loves cuddles. She is not a barker, the only time she barks is if someone comes to my front door but then stops if they enter the house. Or, when she is done playing in the backyard she will bark once to let me know she is finished playing and wants to come back in. She does not like being alone, so I crate her when I am not home. That was the only time she chewed my shoe was when she was left alone uncrated. (I am happy to provide the crate). I can not say enough good things about her. Most people think she is a puppy due to her size but she is 3 years old.
