Story
Meet Willow, a sweet adult dog who is as independent as she is brave. She's incredibly smart, which shines through in her playful antics and loyal demeanor. Willow thrives in a quiet home environment where she can enjoy her own space and time and would do well with a mature adult person or couple and no young children. She gets along well with cats, but can be selective with her canine companions so being an only dog is an option. Willow is eager to be part of a family again and have her own home, and she is a good watchdog who will alert you if a stranger comes to your home.. Willow lived her first few years with a retired couple and slept in their bed with them. Sadly her daddy became ill and they had to rehome her. Despite her independent spirit, Willow still loves to engage in walks on her leash and other fun activities and to show her affectionate side to those she trusts. She will spend her day on your lap watching tv ( she is housebroken) and knows how to use a dog door to let herself outside to potty, lay in the sun or play in the water in her kiddie pool. She would make an ideal companion for those seeking a loyal and playful friend. Willow's unique blend of sweetness, friendliness, and independence, coupled with her bravery and loyalty, makes her a wonderful choice for adoption. She is ready to bring joy, laughter, and companionship to her forever home. Adoption fee is $250.. Email us at ALPHADOGPETRESCUE@YAHOO.COM and ask for our adoption application.

Story
Grizzly is a good dog that needs more than we can give him. We got pregnant and had our second child after we brought him home and while we walk him daily he still needs more attention. He has been trained with a licensed dog training company in our area but needs more structure. He wants to be loved and pet all day long and with a toddler and five year old we can’t do that all day. He wants to be included annd is gentle with the kids but doesnt always realize his strength or weight. He knows commands like sit stay heel and come. He will even sit and wait for a minute before you tell him to eat.

Story
NAME: Bear AGE: 3 Bear is my best friend and has been the absolute best buddy i have ever owned! He's been the most lovable and the best protector for myself and my family. He loves to snuggle and get his belly rubs. He also loves to play ball in the back yard and will bring it back every time. His best friends are a Yorkie and a poodle and they love to play all the time. He's got a great personality and does well around other people. He likes to stay close to his owners when he's out and about and really loves to hang his head out the truck window while on road trips. He does well with other dogs and generally just wants to play. He is healthy and current with his vaccines and gets regular check ups at the vet. He is use to a big back yard to run around and play and to protect. He only barks when he's making his presence known and he has access in or out 24/7, he normally prefers to sleep in his dog house out back but on occasion I'll find him snuggled up inside the house.
