Story
HI - I'M MORGAN, and I'm a large (90-pound-plus) 7-year-old handsome male Rottweiler in need of a home. When I walk into a room or down the street, I exude presence, and you'll surely get lots of looks with me by your side. I'm a very loyal Rottie and will be loving and protective to my person. I especially love women though would do fine with the right guy. I'm not fond of farm animals, and I'm also not a fan of some veterinarians. I do have some arthritis, so stairs do not work for me. I'm also bit flat-footed now and then, but nobody will notice. Rottweiler or big-dog experience is essential! I would do best with a single person or a couple who wants a loyal companion and who has experience with the breed. I would also do best in a quiet home where my person or people are my world. Story
Tiny rottweiler mix Rylen is about 2 years old and looking for his very own family! Rylen joined our rescue when he was found as a stray as a baby. He had a previous leg injury that was likely from being hit by a car, but it doesn't bother him. Rylen loves to play with other dogs and bounces around like the happy pup that he is. He was fostered with kids, dogs, cats, and horses. Rylen will stay smaller medium sized. He's very energetic and needs a lot of exercise. He is very responsive to learning, is great with other dogs, and every human that he meets. He will be the perfect match for someone that loves running in the foothills, mountain biking, walking the greenbelt, or is simply committed to getting him some daily exercise. After his morning walk, he is a low energy guy who is happy to lay around the house. He is crate trained and comfortable in his kennel. Due to no fault of his own, Rylen has been returned to us 3 times, the last being due to a job/living change. We are determined to find Rylen a FOREVER family, where he won't be returned again- he does not deserve to have his little heart broken over three times in his two years of life, we are incredibly sad for him. He is a wonderful dog and we simply cannot understand why he is consistently being given up on. Everyone that meets him raves about his wonderful personality and easy going attitude. Neuter, current vaccines, and microchip included in his adoption fee.
