Story
Meet Francesca, a 1-year and 6-month-old Rottweiler mix with a heart of gold. Francesca is very sweet and has proven to be an excellent mother, having just raised 8 puppies born on 4/27/24. She is potty trained and keeps her space impeccably clean. While Francesca can escape from a crate, she thrives when given the freedom to roam. If you're looking for a loving and responsible companion, Francesca is the perfect addition to your family! Stop in and meet Francesca in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will be happy to help you. Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.

Story
Introducing Muriel! Muriel is a charming and loving pup who's sure to steal your heart with her warm disposition and affectionate nature. This sweet girl has a zest for life, and she's always excited to share her love with everyone around her. Muriel is a true foodie at heart-she's enthusiastic about all kinds of treats and mealtimes are her favorite! When she's not indulging in delicious snacks, you'll find her happily playing with her furry siblings, showing off her playful side. One of Muriel's greatest joys is snuggling up close to her human friends and showering them with gentle kisses. She's a natural at making you feel loved and cherished. If you're looking for a devoted, affectionate companion who will bring joy and warmth into your home, Muriel is the perfect match! Socialization, training (including house training), and exercise are just a few of the things she will look to you for. Chewing, teething, and learning what is Okay and not Okay to put in her mouth are all part of the puppy experience. And, be prepared for the time and money for frequent trips to the vet during the first few months so she can get up to date on her boosters and vaccines. But most of all, be prepared for all of the LOVE, puppy kisses, and joy she will bring into your life. If you are up for the challenge and the fun, stop in and meet my cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email bloomingdale@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 90, and the staff will be happy to help you. Story
Do you love Rottweilers? Do you love a good walking partner? Do you love giving ear scratches or belly rubs? Then you might be a fit for me, Sadie Lou Who. I'm around 55 lbs, and a medium to high energy girl that loves play time and long walks! I do get excited when I play, so I prefer children over the age of 10 and no cats in my home. I can be dog selective, but that's only because I want the perfect playmate, so I just need a proper introduction, then we are off to play! I've got the best butt wiggles when I'm excited and I am very treat motivated!I'm looking for the right family to take me home and love me, but eager to learn some new tricks! You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about her on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet Sadie Lou Who today!!Adoption fee: $500All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. Story
Meet Patron! This boy is a happy, affectionate pup who loves getting attention! He is social and relaxed at public events and would make a great addition to a home. Dog friendly and can be cat tested for approved adopters. Patron is a young Rottweiler with so much love to give, can he give it to you? Patron came to us as a stray from Texas and has been an excellent kennel guest! He always greets you with a nubbin wag and kisses! Patron has shown some anxious signs and needs a human who'll help him work through any anxiety. He's working hard on basic manners and loves treats so he's easily motivated! Patron is still awaiting a foster or forever home, so his housetrained skills are unknown. Adoption fee: $750All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations.
