Story
You can see by the look on his silly face that Rollo is a ball of fun. He is calm and not a barker. He is well mannered, but also playful and goofy at just the right time. Rollo is approx a 1-1/2 yrs old. He is a mix of everything good and solid boy. Rollo will make an excellent family dog but will be a great friend for a single person as well. All dogs adopted from our facility will come with a certificate to be used locally that covers the cost of spays and neuters. Story
Who needs some Gin? Gin's estimated DOB is 05/15/2022 and she's a black and brown Rottweiler. Gin and Tonic are sisters who were found and brought to us as strays. Tonic has found her home, but Gin is still looking for her people. Gin can be timid at first, but she warms up to new people within a couple of days and when she sees somebody she knows approaching, she wags her whole entire butt! She learned the "sit" command exceptionally fast and is treat-motivated. So far, her favorites seem to be peanut butter treats, and she's not a big fan of the bacon kind. She's also been working on leash training and is doing a great job! She weighs 50 pounds. All of our pets are fixed, up to date on their vaccinations, and microchipped. The Haven of the Ozarks is open from 9am-4pm, seven days a week. For more information, please email us at havenozarksanctuary@gmail.com, or give us a call at 417-835-3647. Story
I found Bruno on a highway after almost hitting him. I talked to a few surrounding houses and he was presumed dumped. I took him in and he immediately had Parvo, I treated him myself and he survived! He is healthy and around 1.5 years old. He is with my 5 large dogs and 5 large current foster dogs and does great with everyone. He plays but I would say he craves more human time than dog time. He does have some trauma linked to his neck area that I have been unable to figure out what happened. You can pet him just fine but if you pull his collar with your hand to walk him he stops in his tracks and becomes uneasy. He does growl but does not snap or bite because I do not push the limit. You can attach a leash and walk him no issue. He can not be on a slip lead because it tightens around his neck and triggers whatever trauma is associated with that area. This is his only issue. He is a super sweet, loyal and loving companion! He is about 95 lbs.

Story
Scout came to us from an AKC registered breeder. She is 2.5 years old. She has a joyful, playful demeanor and is great with people, especially kids. We are looking to rehome Scout because she does not play well with cats or chickens, and we have several of both. Also as our children are getting older we have more obligations, leaving less time to devote to Scout. We are looking for a home to provide her with loving attention. She is content with a good belly rub and simply spending time with her.
