Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Peaches! Are you ready to welcome a sweetheart into your life? Look no further than Peaches, a 3-year-old female Rottweiler with a heart as big as Texas itself. This resilient girl has faced her share of challenges but is ready to start a new chapter filled with love, patience, and plenty of playtime! Peaches's journey began when she was picked up by animal control as a pregnant stray roaming the streets of Waco, Texas. Despite her rough start, Peaches proved to be an excellent mom, ensuring her puppies found loving forever homes. Now, it's her turn to find a family to call her own. This affectionate pooch is as sweet as her name suggests. She adores playing with her canine foster sisters and enjoys lots of belly runs from the people she has learned to trust. Peaches can be a bit nervous and skittish at times, understandable given her past experiences. Loud noises, especially yelling (yes, even at sports on TV!), upset her greatly. Therefore, she would thrive in a quieter home environment, preferably with another dog or two to provide comfort and companionship.  No kitties please.  What Peaches needs most is someone willing to show her the patience and love she deserves. With the right person by her side, she's sure to blossom into the confident, happy pup she was always meant to be. Could you be the one to give Peaches the fresh start she's been dreaming of?Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 2:41 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Joining us with the Ohio Five -- rotties rescued from a commercial breeding facility in the mid-west -- is 4 yr old Jasper. This handsome man is a bit overweight, but otherwise healthy.  As with most dogs from that area, Jasper has not had the luxury of in-home living. His life consisted of breeding and waiting. Despite this, he is social, friendly and, although uncertain with new things, is stable and easy to handle. Jasper is dog social and unreactive to passing felines.  His previous environment exposed him to school-aged kids. Jasper is available for a 2-4 week foster to adopt situation, or immediate adoption. He is crate trained, has ridden quietly in a van, and in general is a quiet dog.  4theloveofdog.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 2:41 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Nelly, a charming 3-year-old, 70-pound Rottweiler girl with a bright future ahead in New England! Originally from Atlanta, Nelly is now thriving in her foster home alongside another rottie. While she may be a bit shy in her new surroundings, she is crate trained and enjoys calm car rides. Nelly is wonderfully social with other dogs, though she prefers a cat-free home. She has a playful spirit and adores her toys, so much that she does not love to share them with her furry foster sibling. When she’s not napping, Nelly loves receiving pets and is happy to share that affection. Nelly is settling in beautifully and is ready to bring joy and companionship to her forever home in New England! &#226&#156&#168   4theloveofdog.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 2:41 pm
