Cookie is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom.
If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
Cookie is a female, possible Rottweiler mix and is approximately 1 1/2 years old (December 14th), and she is around 55 pounds.
-Has been with the shelter since January 2024
-Cookie is dog, kid, and adult friendly; sweet, cuddly, clever, and high-energy.
-When taken into the yard to play, she is very excited and does jump quite high to get your attention. After a few minutes, she does relax and lay down in the yard. She was the easiest dog I've ever had to take pictures of. She just laid down and looked pretty!
-Cookie is very patient and will sit and wait. She loves car rides!
-Walks on a leash but does pull since she is so excited.
-Housebroken is unknown since she is in a kennel.

Cookie is spayed, vaccinated (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), has been dewormed, a negative heartworm test (done on Dec 12th), on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. Health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Adoption fee is $550 total, this is including all vetting above and $250 transport cost.
