Story
Barkley is a sweet 5 yr old rottie mix. She has been in rescue over 3 years. She needs to find her forever home. She does have a high prey drive, so no cats or small dogs. She has done absolutely fine with older children. She has not been exposed to smaller kids other than walking through the store and did fine. She has been completely vetted and is house and crate trained. She loves her belly rubs and will often wait for you to give her one before coming inside. She has no issues being left alone in the home. Would you be the family she has been waiting on? We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
This boy is the last of the litter still looking for a home. He is very friendly, loves to play and would love an active family. He gets along with other dogs and doesn't have to be the alpha. He will need all the puppy training as he's never been inside of a house. He is a quick learner and is learning manners when greeting people (he's a bit jumpy). He is a fun boy who just wants to have a good time. He is located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
Meet Leono. This high-energy, happy-go-lucky guy is searching for his forever friend. Surrendered by his owners when they were moving, they described Leo as a playful, active boy and a good friend. Leo is full of life and enthusiasm—he loves to explore, wiggle up people for attention, and engage in play. While he knows “sit” and accepts toy trades, Leo is a BIG boy who will need training to help him learn manners and boundaries. Tossing treats is best since he can be a bit snatchy when food is around. If you’re looking for an energetic pal who’s ready to learn and grow, Leono could be the one for you! Ready to help this playful pup channel his excitement into being the best boy he can be? Eligible for rescue and adoption. Meet Leono at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Videos: Leono loves to play: https://youtube.com/shorts/lgLhXWPbuXI?feature=share Behavior notes: 01/21/2025 staff notes: KENNEL PRESENTATION: Leo was standing at the front of kennel and was very wiggly at the door with soft eyes, mid level wags. He was easy to leash, but once out of kennel began to leash bite. No issues returning. LEASH SKILLS: Pulls strongly Leash Bites! HANDLING : In the room Leo was very excitable and high energy. He was darting around the room and trying to snatch treats anywhere he could and sniffing around exploring. He was wiggly towards both of us in the room and allowed all over handling without any issues. But was a LOT to handle and lacks manners and boundaries. He is very snatchy with food so tossing treats is best and he will try to steal them out of your pouch, desk, etc. He showed knowledge of sit while out, but would highly benefit from further training as he is a very large boy with no manners or boundaries. PLAY: Engaged in play TOYS Accepted trades 01/20/25 staff notes: previous owner shared “He likes to play, he runs a lot and is a good friend” ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in. Story
Biscuit is a sweet and gentle fella who’s ready to find his forever home He’s friendly with everyone he meets, greeting with gentle tail wags. This affectionate boy loves leaning in for pets and will rub against you for more attention. Biscuit knows “sit,” and takes treats gently, showing his patient and easygoing disposition. He has some playful energy too and enjoys engaging in fun activities, like fetch, walks, and playing with stuffies - this guy is also happy to lounge by your side. If you’re looking for a loyal friend, Biscuit is ready to fill your life with love and joy. Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Biscuit at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Videos: Biscuit gets treats: https://youtube.com/shorts/JXl2_-fvFgY?feature=share Biscuit gets pets from a man: https://youtube.com/shorts/J2VbiMmqm0w?feature=share Behavior notes: 01/23/2025 staff notes: Although Biscuit was originally said to not be good with men, he met two men today during his eval and he did really well with them! He was non reactive to two men walking into the room, and even cuddled into one of them and allowed all over pets! He did well sniffing a male staff member while walking back to kennel as well! 01/23/2025 staff notes: KENNEL PRESENTATION: When approaching in kennel Biscuit was standing at the front of kennel. When he saw the handler he looked up with bloodshot but neutral eyes. He flinched away from the leash at first but allowed the handler to then slowly place it over his head. LEASH SKILLS: Pulls moderately HANDLING : In the room Biscuit was friendly with both of us. He had soft eyes, mid level wags, and a loose body. He allowed all over handling without any issues and leaned in while petting pets, rubbing against us. He was well mannered and showed knowledge of sit as well. He took treats gently when offered as well and was very patient! When a male handler entered the room Biscuit stayed near his main handler and was panting heavily, but unreactive. After a few minutes he was open to approaching the male handler with mid level wags and licked his hands through the bars. PLAY: Some interest TOYS Interest but no possession 01/22/2025 staff notes: Removed Biscuit from the truck for the APO, as he was reactive to men. When I approached Biscuit he gave me wags in the truck and had neutral body language. Allowed me to easily leash him and hopped out without issue. Gave the APO some hard stares when walking past at a distance but was unreactive and I was able to place him in kennel easily. 01/22/2025 APO staff notes: Was warned by finder that when she took him to her job to check for a microchip he only went after a male coworker.
