Meet Emmett! He was found abandoned after his heartless people moved and left him behind. Emmett is fostered with other dogs and 1 child under 10 who is dog smart. A child who may be scared of a 90 lb dog or get knocked down may not be the best option. Emmett is almost 1 year old. He is very playful and affectionate. He gets along with other dogs and has been fine with the fosters cat. He loves to play fetch. He does well in a crate if needed and seems to be house trained. Neuter, vaccines, microchip provided.

Hi my name is Gainey! I was rescued by a good Samaritan and brought to Pawmetto Lifeline. I had been roaming the streets and for the first time someone cared what happened to me. I love to go for walks and do well on a leash.....pool time is my very favorite! Give me a kiddie pool some toys and I can entertain myself for quite some time. I lam sometimes selective about my dog friends, so slow introductions are a must. I was beat up by a larger dog before I came to Pawmetto so I am a bit nervous. I would do better in a home with children over 12 years old and a family that is active! I'm a bit of a runner, so keeping me on a leash is key!---My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! I will also have a free yearly exam and core vaccines for the rest of my life with the Wetness Clinic. What more could you ask for?If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

Bruno is a loving and happy dog. He looks intimidating but is really a big baby. He has been good around kids and other dogs. Due to some life changes and new career, I'm not able to be home as much and can no longer give him the home and supervision he needs. He had several weeks of training as a puppy and would do well in a home that has time to devote to him.
