Story
I hate to this, more than anyone can ever imagine. I am needing to rehome this guy. He’s a good boy. Before anyone thinks I haven’t tried everything to keep him, just know he was a puppy of my dog of an accidental litter from another dog we rescued. He was adopted out to someone who after 6 months gave him back with the initial intention of us fostering him until the adopted owner could take him back. The adopted owner finally after 7 months of us fostering him, told us that he would not be taking him back. He sits, he waits, he’s a super cuddly guy. Unfortunately, we can no longer keep him. There will be a rehoming fee. Please let me know if you’re interested. I don’t want him just going to anyone. He’s one year and three months old. He’s a Rott x Lab mix. He would make an amazing service dog given the proper training.

Story
Introducing Reyna, the regal and affectionate Rottweiler mix who lives up to her name as the Queen of the Good Girls. Reyna is ready to reign supreme in her forever home, surrounded by love and care. Reyna's journey began when she was found on the highway, abandoned and in desperate need of help. Despite her challenging start in life, Reyna's resilience and loving nature shone through. She captured the hearts of those who discovered her, and her transformation began. This beautiful girl is a Rottweiler mix, displaying the distinctive markings and strong physique of her breed. While her exact mix may be a mystery, her gentle and loving demeanor sets her apart as a special companion. Reyna is best suited to a home with older kids who can understand and respect her needs. Although she is a sweetheart, her size and strength may be better suited to older children who can handle her with care. She is not compatible with cats, so a feline-free household is necessary. When it comes to her fellow canines, Reyna prefers larger dogs. A meet-and-greet is recommended to ensure compatibility and a harmonious living environment, however she can go to a family out of town who either has no others or an easy going dog. Reyna thrives on positive interactions and socialization, making her a wonderful companion for those with existing canine family members. This majestic girl is crate-trained and does not experience separation anxiety. She is comfortable spending time in her crate and will appreciate having a safe and cozy space to call her own. Reyna has already learned the simple trick of sitting for treats, showcasing her intelligence and willingness to please. Reyna has a list of favorite things that bring her joy. She relishes car rides, delighting in the wind blowing through her fur as she accompanies her family on their adventures. Rolling in the grass and exploring the neighborhood during walks are among her cherished pastimes. Reyna loves running and exercising her energetic nature, so an active lifestyle is essential for her well-being. When it's time to unwind, Reyna appreciates soft blankets and toys that provide comfort and entertainment. She adores spending time with her beloved humans, soaking up their affection and companionship. Reyna is a loyal and devoted companion, always ready to be by your side. While Reyna has her preferences, there are a couple of dislikes to note. She is not fond of cats, and water is not her favorite element. Understanding and respecting these preferences will help ensure a harmonious home environment for Reyna. Reyna's story is one of resilience and triumph over adversity. From her initial discovery, where she was found dumped on the highway, to her miraculous transformation into a loving and gentle soul, she has shown incredible strength and a capacity for love. If you're searching for a royal canine companion, Reyna is waiting to be crowned the queen of your heart and home. With her regal presence, gentle nature, and unwavering loyalty, she will bring immeasurable joy to your life. Welcome Reyna into your family, and let her reign over a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventures by your side. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Just like the classic debate- Left Twix versus Right Twix... both sides together ARE THE BEST!!! I am the same way, I am sweet on one side and salty on the other- together we are perfect! I have a tale to tell, however, none of it matters anymore because I am here right now to tell you- the best is yet to come! I am a big love bug, and although I can be nervous at first- I settle in quickly to be just a big couch potato! I am good with other dogs and would love to have a friend for life in my forever home. I am good with calm older dogs, not much for puppy energy all.the.time... :) I love kids, and would be great with school aged/teenagers (and not many others LIKE teenagers so I can be their buddy :) and would be good in a calmer/quieter home. I want so much to please my family and will look to you for love and attention. I also need a strong leadership family- I have tried to take over control in my first adoptive home and it was not appreciated. SO, you need to be my boss, it's not hard- just let me know you are someone I can trust to keep me safe and take EXCELLENT care of me- with love and more love and I will LET you be in control. Simple as that :) I am a big boy, about 75#, with GORGEOUS colors and markings. I will melt your heart when you look into my amber eyes and into my sweet soul. So don't hesitate, ADOPT ME!! Story
Hi, I'm Kesha! I am a classy Rottweiler looking for my forever family! Now let me tell you a little about myself.... I was found out on the streets, skinny and sad with these HUGE marks all around my muzzle :( It is obvious to the rescuers that I had been bound around my mouth/muzzle for an extended point of time..... no words can express how sad and heartbroken this makes my rescue peeps feel, cause I am the BESTEST girl! Loving and smart and GREAT with EVERYONE I meet!! I have puppy-dog brown eyes that'll absolutely pull at your heart strings, so careful when I look up at you! I have the ability to melt you into jelly, so get ready to make me your NEWEST family member!! My rescue peeps will be very picky about my forever family, so get ready for the grilling :) BUT I AM SO SO WORTH IT. I have a LOVE for food that exceeds all others. I have been internally starving so long because my pancreas wasn't producing the enzymes my body needs to digest and use the nutrients in the foods I was eating........... Sooooo, I am starving and the time and no one better come into my food space (other dogs). We have had no problems at the rescue since she is kenneled to eat. Kesha has had a really horrible start to her life, lets all get together and make sure she gets the BEST NEXT CHAPTER!!! ADOPT.......>DON'T SHOP!!! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Opie is the name my previous "owner' gave me... and I know my name, so the rescuers won't change it... but, my "owner" didn't even call me by name... he called me "it"..... so the rescuer hung up on him. He does NOT deserve me, I am an AMAZING and GENTLE GIANT BOY. So I am here now, and loved and safe and ready for a REAL HOME. I am a Rottweiler- i promise!! All the markings and the size but almost like a reverse-color Rottie :) My breed is a loyal breed, a loving and smart breed, a happy and hearty breed. I am a great dog for a smart and LOYAL owner only. So now that you know about me, I am waiting to know about you... like how you will love me FUREVER, will dedicate to me for my lifetime and we can have all kinds of adventures together!! Story
If you are looking for a dog that WON’T be obsessed with you then Rizzo is not the dog for you. This 2-3 year old mix is looking for his forever person. He is 40-45lbs so the perfect size for cuddling. He is crate/house trained, a great car rider, smart, adventure ready and waiting for you. He does have issues with men but his foster mom thinks he can overcome that with a little bit of training and a very patient man that is respectful of his boundaries. Rizzo loves other dogs and has done exceptionally well with dogs of all ages and sizes. He is fine with cats but doesn’t really care about being friends with them. Just sniffs and walks away. Rizzo just wants to do the things you want to do.Rizzo is ready to show you a sham-rockin good time! He a young dog weighing in at about 45lbs. The only thing he needs this St Patrick’s day is you, a good belly rub, treats and a ball. Rizzo loves other dogs but can be picky about the people in his life. But if you are this little leprechauns person, boy does he love you. He is sure to be the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow!Rizzo is a young dog with young dog energy. Don’t let that deter you, he is also a great nap taker. Rizzo is looking for his forever home and can’t wait to be your little helper. Rizzo would do great in any home without small children but would thrive in an all female home. He is unsure of men but warms up quickly with a few treats. He is great on a leash and a perfect little car rider. He would make a fantastic hiking or running buddy for someone and he loves to play with balls. So much so that he entertains himself with one. He is great at taking commands and is a fast learner. He has mastered sit, crate and come. He is also doing great with stay. Rizzo just wants to be where you are and would make a great couch buddy for the cold winter!Rizzo is a former street dog turned cuddle bug. He enjoys nap time, playing with toys and getting all the love you have to give. He goes in his crate fantastically but when he hears you he wants out for more love! He does wonderful on a leash and isn’t hard to handle. He would make a great hiking buddy or running partner. He really wants to make new friends but is sometimes unsure, especially of larger men. No worries though, he warms up quickly if you have a treat to share with him! He hasn’t completely given up his street dog ways because he loves to explore the fenced in yard. Rizzo would love to be yours more so if you have a ball to throw, a treat or just all your love to give. Rico is ready to fully give up his street dog ways and finally find his forever home with you!Rizzo and his foster brother received their Christmas box from Chewy and they’re wondering what’s in it!! Rizzo has settled in at his new fosters house and so far he loves playing with his foster brother, running through the yard and barking at the horses next door. An active family or person would be great. He is the sweetest little guy at 45lbs and wants to be where his person is. He is always up for a play date or a nap, whatever his person is doing. He is a great car rider. He already knows sit and we are working on stay but he is picking it up quickly. Get ready to meet your new best friend!Rizzo aka Rico update: 2yrs, 35-40lb male He's settling in pretty well now after 3 weeks. He does have some allergies that require medicine as of now, but that could always change. He gets along with the 10yr old girl and with 3 of our 4 dogs...the 4th is our alpha female and his dominance starts to show, so slow and steady or he would make an excellent only dog! He plays a little rough so he's learning how to be easy. He loves to chew and is full of energy, so make sure he has plenty of toys/bones to keep him out of trouble! He's a love bug who must lay/sleep on you versus beside you! He's not a huge fan of the crate, but he tolerates it ok. He would love to have a family to call his own!!!Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters. The application is the first step.
