Story
Puppy was abandoned in August 2023, about 1month old, and in good health. Currently in very good health and has had all shots to date. Because of my personal situation I am unable to care for her any longer. This is a special puppy and deserves a good home with children and a good yard. She is good with children and cats and loves to run and play.

Story
Cupcake was given to us by a couple who found her as a stray. She did not have a chip and no one claimed her. She is a sweet dog, but she needs training. Mostly house trained no accidents recently, but she is skittish when approached and she does occasionally if approached too fast. She is getting over that as she's getting older, but she's always been a little skittish at first. She's not aggressive with other dogs that I have seen; she took to our older Rottie very quickly to begin playing, and she'll approach strangers to get loved on. She is hyper! It's not confirmed, but while she is definitely a Rottie she might be mixed with Doberman Pinscher as well (she has a thinner frame than our Rottie). She does great walking on a leash and responds when heeling (I trained her to be on my right). We're needing to rehome her as we have become more busy recently and just don't have the ability to keep up with her needs for exercise needs.

Story
We purchased Cookie when our prior pet passed away a little over 2 years ago. Her parents are massive rotties, and she is a massive rottie as well at around 110 lbs. She is very energetic, but she means well. She has no idea how big she is, and she is a big time cuddle bug. She needs training around children, not because she's mean, but because she's 110 lbs of big energy. She is an excellent leash walker and it truly breaks my heart that I must get rid of her, but I'm unable to give her the walks she desires. I keep her on an e-collar but let her loose from her walking leash in open areas to frolic and play and sniff around the grass and woods. She always listens so well. She will also take a dip in any water sources as well as she loves to walk around in the water. Kids pet her at the park; she loves the attention. Truly a great dog.

Story
My previous family had the following to say about me, I have lived and gotten along with cats, children (no age given) and small animals. I am house trained and enjoy going for car rides and meeting new people. Some commands I know are is sit and lay down. Some behavior issues I have are is jumping on people/furniture and scratching furniture. Reason for surrender: pet escapes yard and other personal reasons. Owner note: I'm working hard the dog any time for animal.

Story
Marlie is 4 yrs old, super sweet, eager to please, great with people. She is crate trained, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash & is potty trained. Marlie is on the high energy side, needs regular exercise & mental stimulation. Although she is beautiful, she is the product of very poor breeding & has had two knee surgeries so exercise doesn’t need to be intense but should be facilitated multiple times a day, such as running in the yard or playing with another dog or swimming. She will do best in a home with consistent routines & a fenced yard where she can run. She is good with male dogs but no cats. Marlie struggles with anxious energy & reactivity to unknown dogs when they are near so training and regular “calm time” help. She is a typical loyal velcro Doberman who craves being near her owner & will be a great go-everywhere dog with continued training & consistency.

Loki

Doberman Pinscher

(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)

House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Loki is a sweet, happy, smart 2 yr old boy who loves spending time with his humans. He requires daily exercise and the right home with continued training & encouragement and he will be a wonderful companion. With continued help on his socialization he will be able to improve his over-excitement when encountering other dogs/people. He is still immature & does not realize his size & acts like a big puppy. He needs a very experienced owner with large and/or working breeds who understands the need for consistent, ongoing training. He can be a great hiking companion, running partner & just all-around best friend to the right family or individual. He loves to run with his person! He just needs the opportunity to show his goofy & loveable nature & you will be hooked. He rides in the car well, is crate trained and knows basic commands. He still needs time to mature & that is going to make all the difference for this guy. He has incredible potential but only in the right hands. He is specifically available to homes where someone is home at least part-time, as an only dog, OR to a home with female dogs of similar size & to homes with children over 8 years old. He has previously lived with children (7-14 yr old & done well.) His original family had some life changes & could no longer make the necessary commitments to keep Loki. SERIOUS inquiries will either EMAIL us with any questions OR go to our website to submit an application after reading the eligibility infomation. We adopt ONLY to (all areas) of TX and parts of LA, OK, AR.
