Russian Blue kittens & cats in Dunedin, Florida

Adopted Djinn in 2022. He was very shy and skittish. I spend a lot of time with him in my lap, his head buried under my arm, before he was comfortable. We have three kids (including a now-4 year old), and he tolerates them, but he truly only allows one person (me) to pet him and only jumps into my lap. He has the loudest purr I’ve ever heard. He’s a bit of a strange fellow. He’s scared of sudden movements and noises. He would probably be better off without the kids around. I’m sure he will need patience and love for a bit with a new owner. He enjoys being indoors and outdoors.

Sweet Francesca (DOB: 5/22/23) came to us at a mere two weeks old with her siblings, Bear, Slate and Scrunchy (the latter two were adopted together). They were very cooperative bottle babies and have grown nicely. She's very independent yet affectionate, plays well with others and has no bad habits. Francesca does like to play with her foster mom's hair. She doesn't like to be picked up, but is always looking for love. Francesca is very active - loves her toy mice and springs and the laser and catnip. Both Francesca and her brother, Bear, are very sweet and would love a together forever home. DOB: 5/23/23

Rudy (DOB): 7/15/23) hasn't been with us for very long, but he acts like he's been here his entire life. He's very gentle, playful and affectionate. Rudy gets along with everyone - cats, dog and humans of all ages.

Gia and her brother Gibbs were being looked after by a couple in Ruskin.  A tiny and friendly little momma (still a kitten herself) had kittens in thier yard. They reached out to Tampa Bay Strays for help with the family.  Momma Gypsy and the kittens are now ready for thier own homes. Gia and Gibbs are shy at first.  They did not get a lot of interaction with people until they joined our rescue. She is a beautiful Russian Blue Mix kitten with silky gray fur and big bright eyes. She is shy a little girl and needs an adopter that understands she will need some time to feel safe. Like all young kittens she is full of energy and would do best in home that can give him lots of attention.  Or even better a young cat that can be her best friend and help her feel brave.  She would also like me to tell people that staying with Gibbs or mamma Gypsy would be just amazing.  Please contact us for more information.  ##2120219##
