Story
Quick Facts Name: Saeol Age: 2 years Gender: male Spayed: Yes Breed: Samoyed Mix Colour: Cream & Beige Weight: 14 kg Height: Approximately 45 cm (to the shoulder when standing on all fours) My Story Hello! I'm Saeol, and I'm excited to share my story with you. My adventure began in 2023 when I was brought to the shelter after being rescued from a tough situation. The kind people at the shelter saw my beautiful smile and sweet spirit, and they've helped me find my way to a brighter future! My Social Side I may take a moment to warm up to new friends, but just give me a tasty treat, and I'll be your buddy in no time! Once I feel comfortable, I love to be petted, and you can easily lift me up for a cozy cuddle. I'm a social pup who enjoys meeting new dogs, though I do appreciate a thoughtful introduction to new furry friends. If another dog gets a little too excited around me, I might express my feelings, but my heart is always set on making friends rather than causing trouble. My Energy Level & Walks With my balanced energy level, I love to explore outdoors! During our walks, I might pull on the leash as I'm curious about everything around me, especially the interesting smells. At home, I'm usually calm and quiet, enjoying the peaceful moments. I'm adaptable with my bathroom habits and can use both indoor pads and go outside. More About Me One of my endearing qualities is that I don't guard my food from humans or other dogs, which makes me quite easygoing during mealtime. I have a fondness for treats and toys, and while I enjoy playing independently, I'm always ready to bring my own joy and charm to those around me. I do have a bit of a cautious side when it comes to getting into the car. I might need a little help to feel more comfortable. I can be a bit vocal in a kennel, especially if I can't see outside, but I'm learning to be more at ease. When it comes to personal space, I appreciate gentle handling. Sudden touches near my head might surprise me, so patience and kindness go a long way. I love to play with friends, but sometimes, if things get too lively, I might engage in a playful scuffle. With gentle guidance, I can learn to navigate these moments more calmly. Last Message I have a distinctive look that really makes me special! My charming personality shines just as brightly as my appearance, and I'm on the lookout for a loving home where I can thrive and share my affectionate spirit. I would thrive best with a family that understands my background and has the patience to help me adjust. If you're ready to welcome a unique companion into your life, I promise to fill your days with warmth and joy! Story
Woooooo wooo. My name is Woofy and here is a little info about me:Breed: Samoyed mixAge: 1-1/2 yrsGender: maleWeight: 20 kgCountry of origin: Middle EastHighlight(s): intelligent, cuddler, sweet, happy I adore being held close. Hoping your the cuddly type, cuz that is the person of my dreams. It was a freezing winter day when my rescuer found me. I was wandering the streets; skinny, starving, covered in dirt, and soaked in mud. My eyes reflected a deep sadness. Despite my condition though, I approached her with such trust and hope, it's like I just knew someone would save me. I was trembling from the cold and hunger, but all I craved was love and warmth. That moment broke my rescuer's heart. She couldn’t leave me there, abandoned and helpless, in such harsh conditions. So, she didn't, she took me to a safe place. You'll find I am quite intelligent, as well as a kind and gentle soul. I simply and absolutely love people. More people, more love. More love, more snuggles. More snuggles, more happiness in the world.I'm also good with other dogs and kids too. I haven't been around any meowies though. I'm such a sweetheart though, it may be possible with proper intro.A semi-active to active home will suit me right. I can chill out with the best of them, but it is nice to get out and do some fun activities too before settling down for cuddles. I walk well on leash. I do like to first approach people of my own accord though. I currently live in a boarding facility and only go potty when taken out, so should pick up house manners quickly.I think I deserve a forever home where I can forget my painful past and feel safe, cherished, and loved for the incredible dog I am. I also want to show you so much love for the amazing person you are being willing to adoot a rescue dog like me. Videos on the way. Please check back soon. Energy Level: moderateI get along with:Dogs: yesCats: unknownKids: yes Fears: none observed. Please be patient assisting me in my transition.Training: briefly describeLeash skills: some. Please be prepared to continue training.House trained: Yes. Please help me learn where to go in my new home. Health notes:I have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and will be microchipped. My adoption fee is $800.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver. Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in - at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. [MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.[TURKEY] Dogs from Turkey receive a 4D SNAP test to include Heartworm, Ehrlichiosis, Leishmania and Anaplasmosis. ##2254665##
