This 20lb Cairn Terrier mix is ready to be your personal cuddle bug, meal-prep supervisor, and all-around partner in crime (the cuddly kind, of course).Gus is a firm believer in togetherness. Watching TV? He’s snuggling in. Cooking dinner? He’s supervising. Taking a shower? He might just try to join—because if you’re doing it, it must be fun! His specialties include belly rub appreciation, happy dinner spins, and the softest little kisses you’ll ever receive.He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and good with other dogs—though he’s more of a “let’s chase each other” guy than a wrestler. With new people, he likes to play it cool at first, but give him a minute (or a treat), and he’s all about the love. Gus is also a bit of a drama king—if he thinks he’s in trouble, he’ll flop over in an Oscar-worthy display of woe. He’s still perfecting his obedience skills, but he’s smart, eager to please, and highly motivated by snacks.If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate, and slightly mischievous best friend who just wants to be where you are (preferably on your lap), Gus is ready to steal your heart. His adoption fee is $350.By the time you meet your new furry friend, they’ll already be spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate), microchipped, and thoroughly checked by a veterinarian. They’ll be up to date on all necessary vaccinations, including rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). They’ve also been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases (4DX) and have started their heartworm and flea prevention meds. Some of our dogs have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they’re ready for a happy, healthy life with you!
