Story
Sasha is an amazing female shar-pei that acts much younger than her age. She would love an active household that includes her in activities. Sasha is very smart and takes direction/correction well. She has been fostering as an only dog, but can be good with other dogs after appropriate slow introductions and does best with dogs that are neutral or not reactive. She has been on overnights to a friends' home with small dogs, but has had less exposure to larger dogs. This girl loves to please! She loves toys, walks on a leash/harness (but could use some more practice), knows "sit", "stay", "heel" and "come", and is potty trained. She is not used to being crated at her current foster home. She may briefly barky at strangers, but warms up quickly, particularly in her foster home. Strange dogs get an equally barky reception, but with guidance and time, we believe she's totally up for a four-legged bff, but would be just as happy or happier (?) as an only dog, getting all of your attention and love! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Sasha loves attention and hanging out in the yard. (She would really like a yard.) She will chase the occasional squirrel and loves to bird watch. She has a lot of energy and would love regular walks and fun. But she can be a snuggly couch companion, giving eskimo kisses, too! This girl is spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. She would do best in a home without small toddlers, but has been on sleepovers with kids aged 7+ without issue. Did we mention she is also drop dead gorgeous??? Meiko was found as a stray in Northern California and landed in a shelter. He was underweight, already neutered and his age is estimated at 6 years (possibly younger). Meiko is good with other dogs and is friendly with people (even the vets!). He is possessive of his favorite bone (which he can spend hours gnawing on) or food bowl and will give you a little growl if he thinks you will take it, so he probably shouldn't be around young kids (who tend to wave crackers/food in their hands and may want to borrow a yummy dog bone without asking). This boy loves food and cuddles, adores being outside, but if given the choice will follow you around or hang inside with you. He is independent, would be fine in a home where people work/out of home. He will give a little bark in the morning to let you know it's time for outside potty trip. He is about 39 pounds, but could still benefit from adding a few pounds. He is fostering in Southern California.November 6, 2024, 2:40 pm

Affectionate and LovingTux is a gorgeous 2 year old boxer mix male puppy, that is ready for his loving, active & happy forever family.  Tux is stunning in person and he rides beautifully in the car and is dog friendly with other friendly dogs. He loves having another playful puppy in the home to play with and he bonded with his former foster sister, who was a senior, and didn’t want to play much with Tux, but he still loved her and wanted to be with her. Tux is an absolute love and is a sensitive soul who is so deserving of his happily ever after. He loves going on walks and he is crate trained and likes seeing his loved ones, so his previous foster crates him in the master bedroom.  He’s a snuggle bug, affectionate, loving and is incredibly smart and eager to learn.  He’s great with kids that don’t mind his playful behavior and he would love a home with a secure yard to run and play in.  He also loves water and is a complete sweetheart.  Tux is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, received his wellness exam and was dewormed.  He will be an amazing addition to any loving family wanting to add a gorgeous boxer mix to their family.   November 2, 2024, 7:31 pm

  Demi is a beautiful 14-15 week old male lab-American Staffordshire terrier mix male puppy that is amazingly behaved in the home. His foster family have only amazing things to say about sweet, loving, loyal and playful Demi.  Demi weighs approximately 24 pounds of love & sweetness and he’s smart and loves lounging on the couch with her loved ones. He’s a happy, go lucky puppy with a precious demeanor and disposition. Demi is crate trained, and potty trained when she has access to the yard.  She loves Nylabones and all kinds of toys and loves to play.  Demi would love to be part of a loving family that will take him on walks, jogs and play in the yard with his, since he loves to play and explore in the backyard.
