Welcome Baze! This gorgeous 3 year, 48 pound bear coat had her glow up and is now ready for her forever home. Baze has recently been spayed and we corrected her entropion so she can now see the world and is ready to explore. Baze is very shy at first but with some patience and time we believe she can become a wonderful companion. Due to her shyness, a home with other dogs would be ideal so she can learn a routine. Meet Erso! This 40lb girl is all around special and deserves only wonderful things here forward! She is a blue brindle brushcoat who came to us after being used constantly for breeding while her own needs were neglected. She is currently being evaluated by a specialist for some chronic eye issues but we know as of now she is low vision and likely will have long term eye meds. She is good with other dogs and being in a home with other dogs will likely build her confidence. She is shy with new people and experiences so a home where she is given time and patients to heal from her past is a must We are giving her a mommy make over and will be spayed prior to adoption. Meet Golden! This 3 year old neutered male must of been a house dog before becoming a stray because he has great house manners!  Despite his foster mom inviting him up onto the sofa he insists on staying on the floor, always just a tail wag away. Golden could use some basic obedience and leash training to help him build some confidence. He has not been kenneled but is trustworthy alone in the house. We are recommending him in a home with older kids ( 8+) due to his excitable nature he could accidently knock over smaller children. He has not been tested with cats.  He is currently fostered as an only dog but was dog tested at the shelter and just ignored the other dogs.  Currently fostered in Lakewood, COAugust 19, 2024, 7:17 pm

Meet Claudette! This 4 year old spayed female loves everyone she meets! Claudette is great with other dogs and is currently fostered with 4 other dogs. She has not figured out how to play with other dogs but does love the company of them. She is house broken however does not like the kennel but since she is trustworthy in the house her foster mom has given up on that part of training. She does ok on the leash but would benefit from some basic obedience. We have not had her around kids or cats but has shown no concerning behavior indicating she would not do well with either. I've been on quite an adventure so far, and now I'm looking for a forever home where I can share all my puppy love. I'm your typical Shar Pei puppy—lazy yet playful. I enjoy running around and having fun with my foster siblings, but I also know the importance of taking relaxing naps in the warm sun. Speaking of Feng Shui, I've got a little talent for it—I like to rearrange shoes to bring love and luck into your home (although I promise, I haven't chewed any!). While I'm still young and learning, I haven't had much formal training yet. I'm currently working on my leash manners and learning basic commands like "sit" (especially when blueberries are involved—I can't resist!). Every day, I'm improving and learning a lot at my foster home. I'm a social butterfly who adores people, and I'm great with potty training and other dogs.
