Purchased from a breeder in 2022. Playful dog who lives with toddlers ages 4 & 6. Has had positive experiences with strangers. Is not a fan of water and needs patient owner to bathe him. House broken and loves the zoomies after being let back in the house. Crate trained but is allowed to sleep and roam the home at night and during day hours alone. Great dog that loves just enough attention and loves naps even more.

Story
Rocky is a sweet baby who loves cuddles and sunbathing. He is up today on his rabies and distemper which was done at Petco. His other shots were done at home. Unfortunately I cannot keep my baby due to having to move out of state because of a DV situation. He is good with kids and other animals. I just want to make sure he goes to a good home instead of a shelter. He does have fleas which is causing his skin to be red. I was in the process of treating him when things got really bad.

Hi, I'm Boulder, a robust and loving brown Pit bull. At 6 years young, I'm a big boy, weighing 97 pounds, but don't let my size fool you—I'm just a gentle giant. I'm neutered and all my shots are up to date, so I'm as healthy as can be. I'm a pro when it comes to house manners and walking on a leash, and I adore people of all ages. I'm the kind of guy who is content to be your shadow, lounging by your side, but I also love to stretch my legs with long walks and a good roll in the grass. My eyes will tell you stories, and my main goal is to make you happy. I enjoy family time, but I'm also independent enough to be fine on my own. Winter's been good to me—I've enjoyed it with a bit of bulking up and lazing about, thanks to my love for peanut butter sandwiches and other snacks. But I am working on slimming back down to my summer body. If you're looking for a loyal companion for walks, picnics, or just some cozy snuggles, look no further. I'm fostered in Sanford, NC, but I'm ready to find my forever home with you. I promise to be the teddy bear you've always wanted!

Story
Spike is a purebred American boxer. He is territorial with food and bones, but he’s gotten better since I’ve adopted him. He’s pretty good with cats and dogs that are around his size. He is very affectionate and likes to be around his owner. He loves bones to death and enjoys walks. The SPCA informed me he has snapped at children and toddlers, he has behavioral issues and territorial issues. he needs someone who can be around him often and help him learn not to do that. I am away from home quite a bit and cannot properly train and give him attention. I need someone who is willing to adopt him and take care of him. Will need to transfer ownership through SPCA.
