This little cutie is new to our care. Applications will not be reviewed until he has settled in and we know more about his needs. * Please note that this dog is still quite shy and scared. For this reason, the best home will have a fenced yard and another dog to help this rescue learn about life and feel safe. Stay tuned for updates.

Story
🐾 Meet Samson! 🐾 This 2-year-old, 65 lb Sheepadoodle is basically a living teddy bear 🐻‍❄️—fluffy, sweet, and always ready for snuggles! With his soft white and grey coat and that irresistible head tilt, Samson knows how to turn heads and melt hearts. Sammy is a social butterfly 🦋 who loves playing with other dogs, especially if he gets to show off his expert-level herding moves. He enjoys his daily walks but is still working on perfecting his leash manners (read: he's a little too excited about everything). 🐕‍🦺 When he's not zooming around, Samson is a pro at finding the best place to rest his noggin — couches, laps, and even tables (yes, he'll pretty much rest his head on whatever's available 😜). He's a big fan of toys, especially tug-of-war stuffies, and will never say no to a tasty treat 🍪. Crates? Not his favorite. Being left alone? Not a fan. But with patient and committed adopters, he'll learn that his humans always come back. House training is coming along—he's almost there! Samson hasn't been tested with kids but we imagine he would do well, and while he sometimes thinks chasing cats is fun, a little correction helps him settle down! If you're looking for a lovable, playful, and oh-so-cuddly best friend, Samson just might be your guy! 💙
