Jade-Poodle/Shepard female, F1 ~8 mo. (July 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for application. Jade and her siblings came to Rescue when their Breeder could not 'sell' them, so abandon them. She has been moved to a Trainer who placed them in a special Training program. This change in her life is all new, but he is adjusting and learning every day! She is crate trained and housetrained. She has learned husbandry skills and grooming skills. She knows Sit, Down, come, and leash work is in progress. Jade is good with other dogs and will be learning about cats and children. She is still a little timid but to be expected for a puppy of her age, with a start at a Breeding facility. She is bred to be not only be loyal, but also very kind and intelligent. Jade's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com. She is such a great girl, who is still learning about her surroundings and working on building her confidence. Marlee Standard Poodle Female Black 7 years old 50 lbs​ ​ Meet MARLEE, our Rising Star! When she came into rescue, Marlee was in horrible condition—matted, malnourished, and severely underweight. But with proper medical care, good nutrition, and lots of love, this sweet girl is truly coming back to life! Marlee is remarkably sweet and easygoing. She's really chill, doesn’t bark much, and doesn’t get ruffled easily. She enjoys getting frisky and engaging in playful tussles with her foster siblings. Playing ball, running around the yard, and traveling are some of her favorite activities. She rides well and recently went on a trip to the woods with her clan, thoroughly enjoying exploring the new environment. Marlee would do well in a home with a canine companion. Her low energy needs make her a great fit for anyone who would enjoy a peaceful pup. Despite her past experiences, she has not been crated and has done well in learning to potty outside. While Marlee isn't particularly fond of leash walking, she has had a yard for exercise and did fine on a leash while traveling. Marlee needs a patient and kind family who will help her continue to blossom into her full potential. If you’re looking for a calm presence with a pop of puppy energy, she may be just what the doctor ordered!
