Story
Gilly is finally ready for her new home! She is a little strong willed but she is very smart. She was picked up as a stray so we don't have any background information on her. She is probably around 3 to 4 years old. She likes to be the boss of the other dogs so she would do best if we found her a home where she is the only dog or with a submissive male. She has been very playful with the boys we have had her with but rough so she might be too much for smaller dogs. She would do best with an owner who has experience with big dogs and some training. PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Do not e-mail us with a request to call you, if you have a question please ask in the e-mail.   All dog are adopted on a first come - first served basis. Central Arizona Animal Rescue is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation. We are located in San Tan Valley, AZ. If you have other dogs already, you must bring them for introduction prior to adoption. Follow us on Facebook - www.facebook.com/CentralArizonaAnimalRescue WE DO NOT TAKE OWNER SURRENDERS - If you are looking to surrender a dog, take them to the county animal control in the county you reside in. That is where we get all of our dogs we are trying to save.August 14, 2024, 5:30 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. ADOPTION PROCESS Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application.  Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).   If you are ready to meet one of our amazing dogs CLICK ON THIS LINK TO FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION CONSULTATION FORM Meet Bentley!  Who's ready to meet a handsome chill dude? Well it's time to come meet Bentley. He is potty trained, he rides great in the car, knows sit and takes his treats gently, he walks AMAZING on leash, loves affection. He would enjoy laying next to you on the couch watching Netflix or going for a walk. Although Bentley is not dog reactive, he would like to be the only pet in the home, he rather not share his toys with other fur friends, older kids 10+ due to him being timid/shy.  Bentley would love to have a backyard to go and sunbathe and enjoy the fresh air, and take a dip in the kiddie pool.  Bentley is a sweet, timid/shy boy! He needs a home that has patience and allows Bentley to feel secure and safe. Takes him a bit to warm up, but once he does, you are best friends for life. Bentley is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 14, 2024, 12:09 am
