Story
Mavis is a 6-month-old female Husky/Lab mix who must be spayed before adoption.  She was found as a stray out in the county and no owner came looking for her.  Mavis has a white coat with brown markings; and she is just gorgeous!  She has sky blue eyes that are strikingly beautiful.  Mavis weighs 31 pounds; and we think she will be a medium sized adult dog who could weigh up to 50-60 pounds.  She is playful, sweet, and would be just fine with children and other dogs.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  August 18, 2024, 10:08 pm

Story
Ziggy is a 6-month-old male Husky mix who must be neutered before adoption.  He came to PAHS after he was found as a stray; and no owner came in to reclaim him.  Ziggy is tan with black and white markings.  He is one of the prettiest dogs we have ever seen.  Ziggy has a docked tail and sky blue eyes!  He weighs 27 pounds so he is not very big; we believe he will be a medium sized adult dog.  Ziggy is happy go lucky; and he appears to be an smart fellow.  He is very interested in his surroundings.  Ziggy is both friendly and affectionate.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  August 18, 2024, 10:08 pm

Story
Juno is an 1-year-old female German Shepherd mix who must be spayed before adoption.  She was brought in as a stray by county animal control; and her owner never came looking for her.  Juno is a very pretty girl who is black with brown markings.  She currently weighs 50 pounds so she is considered to be a large young adult dog.  Since Juno is a stray we are still getting to know her.  We did learn, while making pictures, that she is camera shy and quite timid.  Once Juno warms up to you she is a sweet and loving girl.  If you would like to find out more about this beautiful dog--please contact our staff; or, better yet, come out and meet her!Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  August 18, 2024, 10:08 pm
