Story
I need to rehome my German shepherd husky male mix. He is a very active dog that needs someone with patience and time to burn his energy. He loves attention and is playful. He is a very smart dog, and knows several commands. He’s a very loyal dog, and loves to cuddle, but not for too long. He’s usually cautious of strangers, not aggressive, but once he gets his sniffs in he’s happy and wants a lot of pets.

Story
Draco was found chained up to a stop sign in the Gilbert/Mesa area in early July, 2024. He was taken in by a friend for a few days until we acquired him until the present day. He has been given all of his shots and has been fixed as well, although we do not have his vaccination record we can confirm he is up to date on his vaccines. Draco gets along well with our other German Shepherd who is female but has unfortunately not been socialized with a ton of other dogs since we’ve had him. He does have severe abandonment and separation anxiety due to his previous owners abandoning him, but he is extremely sweet and cuddly. He does whine and cry quite often and we cannot always find the source of his anxiety, but bones, balls and other toys do help him calm himself down much like a baby blanket or pacifier. We’ve grown to love this dog in the few months we’ve had him but unfortunately do not have the time and attention he needs and deserves in order to fix his reactivity and over excitement.

Story
Please note that these dogs don’t get along with other dogs. Unfortunately, I need to rehome Bear (the German Shepherd) and his brother Bruno (the Rottweiler) ASAP. As much it breaks my heart, I can’t give them a good life anymore. Bear and Bruno are both 3 years old, very sweet with people/kids, and in great health. They are house trained (coming from an apartment) very well. We aren’t asking for any money, all we want is for them to be adopted together and go to a good home. We are already their second home, and don’t want to take them to a shelter where they will be split up. We will give all their belongings (their kennels, toys, records, beds, shampoo & conditioner, a bag of food, etc.) to those that adopt them.
