Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: Yes, with proper intros Good with cats: NoGood with kids: Yes, dog-savvy kidsCrate trained: Working on itHouse trained: YesBraxton Barnes is a sweet, fun-loving guy who's sure to make you laugh with his zest for life. He would love to accompany you on his next adventures and will thrive with a patient family who's excited to continue his training!Braxton is a medium-high energy pup who loves a good play session or to go on long walks with you. Braxton needs slow introductions to new canine friends but does very well when properly introduced. With Braxton's enthusiasm and friendly disposition, he'd likely do well with older, dog-savvy kids. He is working on his crate training and is fully house-trained. Braxton has a hard time settling quickly in his crate when away from his humans so apartment life may not be the best fit for him. He is crated occasionally throughout the day and overnight, and has shown great improvement with time and structure. Braxton walks well on leash. Is this cute, snuggly boy the one for you? Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. Story
Smokey is a PRECIOUS “coyote pup” that we pulled from a local shelter and is ready for his forever home 🖤 If you give Smokey scratches, he will beg you for more. He loves attention and affection and will try his hardest to please you to earn more lovins! He is friendly with other dogs and people, and doesn’t pull on leash, making him a great walking or hiking buddy. 🏕️ This handsome boy is attentive, and quick learner. He is medium- energy, making him great for active lifestyles but also lazy when you need him to be! Once comfortable in his new home, Smokey may start to push some boundaries. For example, when left alone he may grab a shoe or the remote control. He's also not very comfortable with certain things, like getting into the car. With patience and positive reinforcement training, he is sure to overcome these mental barriers.🥰 Smokey knows the cues "sit" and "stay" but doesn't always respond, so he still needs some work on basic obedience. He is fully house trained! Smokey needs a forever home that will be patient with him and continue his training. He would also appreciate a semi-active lifestyle, regularly going on walks. He will do very well in a home with children and other dogs or being the only dog.🐶 If Smokey sounds like the one for you, please apply!
