Story
Matcha is a confident, spirited, playful little lady that will definitely fill your home with that playful energy of hers. She is such a little sweetheart and always following close behind me. Very loving and loyal. She is amazing with our kid, they love to play tug and fetch together and Matcha will sit on the couch with us for belly rubs. She is not willing to share us, food, or toys with our other dog unfortunately and it hasn't improved a bit even with training. She is good out and about as long as you are willing to have puppy patience and correct her when needed. She is great when we deal with other dogs in neutral territories. Best home for her is a loving home with no other pets. You've got to be okay with more active walks and exercise as high energy dogs need more in order to stay healthy as well as calm. Redirecting that energy makes all the difference.

Story
Hi all! My name is Tsuki. I am an 8ish year old pure bred Shiba Inu! I am a loyal companion that needs a new home. Although it hurts my mom, she has gotten too busy for me and needs to find someone to give me the love and care I need. She wants me to go to an experienced household, largely due to my breed, us Shibas can be stubborn. Some things about me - I absolutely love watching TV - I love walks - I am spayed and microchipped - I do have some anxiety around new people and loud noises. But once I get to know you, I will love you forever - I love cats, they are fun to play with - I have not been around many large dogs, but I am fine around small dogs - I have not been around many children either, but I am sure that I can learn to love them Do I sound like someone you can love? Apply and my mom will shoot you a text!

Story
Sweet little Marcie is 3 years old and weighs only 15 pounds. She has a lovely temperament with people, children, dogs and cats. She is house and crate trained, walks on a leash but not her favorite thing, rides in a car well, loves to fetch and just loves toys in general. We think she would fit well with most any family. She is the perfect lap size too and she loves cuddles. Marcie will be ready for her new home after her spay on March 25 but please feel free to submit an application before then. She will be spayed, microchipped and current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention. If you are interested in adopting or visiting, please submit our application at Richardsonrescue.org. That is also our most current site to see if she is still available. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 22, 2025, 3:18 pm
