Look no further than Benji (hey, hey, that's me!) and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I'm around 1.5 years old and I come in at just 10lbs, which puts me at a fantastic size for lap cuddles. And I must say I really do love my cuddle time, I've become a master at all things cuddle related!!! I do great with people, love playing with other pups and even do really well with the resident kitty. I have that innocent spirit that loves living life to the fullest, that energy that loves exploring the world around me and that playful demeanor that finds joy in everything!!! I am house and crate trained. I would much rather be doing whatever you're doing but I will use the crate if needed. I have also learned the doggie door very quickly! Me thinks those things are just the cats meow...err, the doggie's woof! I've got a beautiful coat that will require regular grooming to help keep me looking this handsome! Story
Teddy is a beautiful senior miniature poodle, about 8 years old who was abandoned in Mexico and taken in by our sister rescue there. He is calm and mellow, gets along well with other dogs and loves to be around people. He has a very wide overbite which doesn't affect him leading a normal life and is healthy and happy. He would do best with a stay at home family with older,  respectful kids who are willing and able to be patient and take Teddy on walks and outings regularly, but also be around him a lot because that's what he enjoys the most. He is crate trained and has no issues being left alone an hour or so if needed.  He is learning to potty outside, but wears a belly band in the meantime inside the house to prevent him from marking.
