Story
HOME TO HOME PROGRAM CONTACT: Amy at meowmix.fkc@gmail.com or 530-903-4342 Bonnie and Clyde are a bonded sibling duo of gorgeous Siamese cats. Bonnie is fluffy, loving, and cuddly. Looks and acts like a kitten still. She loves toys. She does need to be brushed regularly because of her longer hair. She gets a little skittish around kids, so a quiet and calm home works best for her. Bonnie was raised with a dog and other cats. Clyde is a short haired, social butterfly. He loves everyone that comes in contact with him and they love him too. Very social and has been raised around a dog. These two are looking for a new home together, as their owner is moving and cannot take them. They are 10 years old, so still have a lot of life left in front of them, and a lot of love left to give. Please contact Amy at meowmix.fkc@gmail.com or 530-903-4342 to find out more about this sweet and sassy pair.

Story
Home to Home Program Contact: Trevor at 530-417-2330 This is Lily and she's 13 or 14 years old and she's all up to date on shots. She also got a full blood panel last year and everything looked great. She just doesn't like other animals and will always hiss at other dogs and cats, but she is great with people. Her current owners inherited her when her elderly owner passed away, and she is very unhappy in her current living situation, it's just too much for her. She had been living in the guest bedroom but the couple is pregnant now so she has been relocated to the bathroom, and it's just too small to keep her locked in there all the time, so they are hoping to find a good and happier home for her. Please contact Trevor at 530-417-2330 if you can offer Miss Lily that happier home. She really deserves to find a quiet and loving place to live out her days.

Story
I AM SPECIAL NEEDS! Our angel boy is looking for a dedicated cat lover to be the light of his life. He has an issue with part of his brain called the cerebellum, making him severely wobbly. He can move all his limbs, but is usually unable to get them all to work together. This means he needs some help with feeding and often makes a mess going to the bathroom (but has full control of his bowels).Other than that, sweet and playful kitten. He’d be a perfect permanent lap cat for someone who is retired or works from home. This guy will give you all the companionship, love, and laughs you could ask for!

Story
Our Very Wonderful BARN/GARDEN CATS are healthy, stray cats who are not suitable for regular adoption due to their feral behavior at the shelter. Barn/garden cats are fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and ear-tipped, and are available at no charge to you.To acclimate the Barn/Garden Cats to your property, you will need to keep the cat(s) in a fully-enclosed weather-proof structure that will eventually be their home, like a barn/shed/unused garage, for at least two weeks, feeding them at the same time/place every day. The cats must always have this safe, dry shelter with good food and basic care available for the rest of their lives.==>If you are interested in adopting this cat as a barn/garden cat, please complete the barn/garden cat application located at https://animalcare.saccounty.gov/Documents/BarnGardenCatAdoptionApp.pdf and email to Celeste at ingridc@saccounty.gov. Please include the animal ID number in the email subject line.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This handsome boy is very shy, and is not yet fully convinced that humans are friends. He has grown braver by watching his brothers interact with humans, and he will come hang out nearby while they are getting attention. Earl can be petted if he is in a place he feels safe, and on occasion he does purr, but right now he mostly prefers to be around humans and not touched by them. He will need an adopter that will continue to work with him to continue his socialization. Earl must be adopted with his brother Levi (A874560). Levi is shy initially but warms up quickly and has a great purr. Earl and Levi are in foster care, if you are interested in adopting themplease contact their foster mom at kdoll79@gmail.com. Please include acompleted adoption questionnaire found here:https://animalcare.saccounty.gov/Documents/AdoptionApp_Cats.pdf.

Story
This handsome boy can be a little shy in the beginning, but a few minutes of petting and he starts purring. He has also shown signs of being a lap cat as he occasionally climbs into his foster mom`s lap in between play time. He is bonded to his brother Earl (A874561). Earl is a lot shyer and needs Levi to show him that humans are not scary, so they will need to be adopted together. But that just means you get twice the fun!Earl and Levi are in foster care, if you are interested in adopting them please contact their foster mom at kdoll79@gmail.com.
