Mocha Female Young- not sure of exact age, she has her vet appointment on 1/15 to get fully vetted Mocha's story: I started seeing Mocha by the entrance of my community about six months ago. She was just casually walking on the back of the fence among the bushes. I thought she was beautiful and she had to have a family, yet I kept seeing her in the same area. There is a main road by the entrance, just a few feet away, so I started to worry she would become another cat ran over. I set up a little feeding station for her in one corner of the entrance, with a water bowl and a food bowl. I started going there every day after work and sure enough she would be there waiting for me. At first she would stay hiding in the bushes, but little by little she started to come out. Then she started letting me pet her and then letting me pick her up. I didn't have a place in my house to take her at first, but that was the plan, to eventually take her home before the cold winter hit. When it started getting cold and raining I knew the time had come so I went and got her. That was a a little over a month ago. Mocha currently lives most of her time in one of my bathrooms. Is not much, but she is safe, warm, and has food, water, and a place to sleep. My goal for her is to find her a loving family that can give her a good life She deserves much better than surviving on the streets. Mocha is still living with her rescuer in San Antonio, Texas, waiting for a committed adopter or foster to invite her to a new life in Colorado. ##2271166##

My Momo is 6 1/2 years old. I adopted him 2 years ago. He so very sweet and m realizing that my small dog who ignores Momo) and my 4 1/2 year old female Siamese just arent his idea of a safe place. Hes very stressed with us even though we are chill here. The first 4 years of his life were with another family with 3 other cats that bullied poor Momo so badly that I think hes carrying that baggage. I say he a complicated little guy. Hes cautious about everything. And Im realizing that my house isn’t good for him. I believe hed do really well as an only pet with adults who live a quiet life. I;ll throw in a cat tree if you want one. He likes to hang out in the many that I have, looking out windows and laying in sunshine. There hasnt been any hissing or claws, just that Momo is very distrusting. A patient person, in a small apt, will be a good fit, and will fall in love with this guy. Hes sweet, purrs a lot, is a bit cross eyed. Hes a cool guy. He is loved.
