Siamese kittens & cats in Front Royal, Virginia

Rita was one of the kittens that arrived at our rescue, along with her littermates. Her mother is a bluepoint Siamese, but her father is not known. Rita and her sister Beauty were adopted together in 2017 and enjoyed a happy life with their owners. Unfortunately, when the owner's mother had to move in with them, she brought a larger dog with her which was not very friendly towards the cats. To ensure their safety, they were returned to the rescue. Rita is now 7years old and has adjusted well to life at the rescue. She loves to be petted on her terms and has a special affinity for men, likely due to growing up with male caregivers. She is current on all of her vaccines, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been microchipped and spayed. Rita is eager for a new beginning and a loving forever home.

Jadis is a sweet and affectionate six-year-old Siamese Mix who came to our rescue along with her adopted siblings after their owner passed away. This charming girl loves to chat with her humans and is always eager to show affection. When Jadis arrived, she was diagnosed with a condition called Sialocele, which occurs when saliva leaks from a salivary gland or duct and accumulates in the surrounding tissue, forming a visible mass near the face or mouth. During a recent dental procedure, where the remainder of her teeth were removed, the mass was drained. While it’s uncertain whether the mass will reform, it will need to be closely monitored. As a result of this condition, Jadis is on a strictly wet food diet to support her health. Aside from this, she’s just like any other loving cat, longing for a forever home where she can shower her new family with affection and be cherished in return.
