Story
Meet Marble! Marble has been in our care for over a year and a half now. She came to us with 5 beautiful kittens. Marble is Semi-Feral. But there is something extra special about her. She wants to trust humans and shows interest but is still very hesitant. Marble's DOB is 6-22-22. Marble has been with her foster family for just under a year. She follows them around and is very curious. She will smell your hand if you hold it up to her and on occasion give you a few licks. She has "almost" rubbed up against her foster mom and dad. She seems to like her foster dad more than her mom. She has even snuggled up against his feet a couple of times. But for the most part, Marble just likes to observe you from a distance. She doesn't hide. In fact she is almost always waiting at the door for you. But if you try and pet her, she will run. And you may even get a whap (she always gives warnings first). Marble does great with other cats. Many foster cats have come and gone this past year since she has been in her foster family's care, she seems to like them all and has even favored a few. She will play a game that her foster family likes to call "Thall shall not pass". Sometimes she will whap at the other cats when they try and exit a particular room. She never hurts them though. If you are looking for a very low maintenance cat, that wants to be in the same room with you, but not next to you. Marble is your girl. The adoption fee for Marble is $189 and includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Pyrantel deworming, Frontline flea treatment and routine vaccinations (excluding rabies). Thank you for your interest in this sweet kitty! Our adoption process and application can be found at - https://www.sunnyskysshelter.org/our-adoption-process For other questions on our dogs/cats or shelter please send an email to info@sunnyskysshelter.org for information on a meet and greet as well as application procedures.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
This Flame Point Siamese has a sweet disposition, loves to sit in his person's lap, purr and look up dreamily. He enjoys being petted and picked up. He will do best in a home where his owner is there often and able to spend some time with him because he loves to be with his person. He is a young male approximately 6 months old (intact, although I will reimburse neutering through South County Cats clinic). He weighs 9.5 lbs. I am asking for a rehoming fee of $90 to discourage folks with less caring intentions. He entered my life as a stray kitten and has become a wonderfully affectionate and well behaved pet the last two months. Let him enter into your life and become the affectionate, cuddly little buddy you'd love to have!

Story
Neenees pronounced (knee•Knees) is an adult cat with a beautiful white coat accented by orange highlights. His striking appearance is complemented by a sweet and affectionate personality. Personality and Traits: • Sometimes Talkative: Neenees becomes particularly vocal when he's watching cat TV, engaging with the action on screen with curious meows. • Loving: Known for his warm and loving nature, Neenees enjoys spending time with his human companions, often seeking out their company. • Cuddly: A fan of close contact, Neenees is happiest when he's snuggled up next to you, making any time a good time for a cuddle. Neenees is a charming and gentle cat whose occasional chatter and constant affection bring comfort and joy to his home. I’m very sad to let him go but he deserves more attention and affection than I can give with my busy schedule.
